I Don't know why reviews related to another project is displaying under Risinia Skyon, This project is still under construction and risinia builders delivered only one project in 2020 oct, how come reviews come in 2019.

In the heading here it is showing by Koncept ambience but skyon project is being developed by Risinia Buuilder
Builder not paying the delay charges

As per the governments rule, If the delay is beyond reasonable time then the Builder has to pay rent or and compensation which the builder is not ready to pay. This must not ne the case as the new rules have been forged in favour of customer interest.
Non-availability of construction materials

When the buyers approach the builders office to seek compensation since that is the rule of the buyers are not given the flat, it is seen as coming as one of the reasons where the builders give the reason of non-availability of construction materials which is why the project is incomplete.

There have been many local zoning ordinances alongside building codes in addition to other development practices that have been in execution and has unfortunately resulted in oversupply of parking spaces and has thereby led to inefficient use of existing parking spaces.
Little scope for redevelopment

The government currently fails to back the residential societies with much of finance driven plans. The main concern behind this is not been able to increase the FSI and since most of the property was developed before FSI was lowered, redevelopment becomes difficult.
Make sure that you take a receipt from them.

The builders are such cheaters that they will deny that you paid the money in front of the society committie if you did not take a receipt from them, so make sure that you do that.
Poor quality ingredients used

They have used poor quality ingredients to make the building because of which we have to suffer! I have had to do renovation in my house twice in a year because there were so many problems like cracks and leakages!
Compromise on amenities and facilities.

There are no proper amenities and facilities in this place even though we were promised over the top things that they could not deliver. We paied a huge price for this place for the amenities and facilities and we did not get anything in return.
