They are just cheating , in the name of elevation, total waste of money and time ..showing something , telling something else and finally giving something else to the customer. Such a headache ! Better i could have gone with some other builder. AMANORA IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

They have all these fancy amenities but when it comes to service they suck. My intercom is not working for the last 2 days and they have not even sent a technical after 15 calls and raising a complaint. Either way, they don't even talk properly and just keep on saying we are working.

This is not the first time I have seen this. It has happened many times and this is what they always do.

It is safe and have all moderen amenities and beautifully designed. But too much expensive. Electricity bill reaches too 16.00 RS per unit if you consumes more than 600 units in a month even more. In raining season they increase unit price for electricity. Currently they are charging 5.43 for 100 units which will last in first 5 to 6 days.After that they start charging more than 10.25 RS. They are taking 250 as MCD charges for electricity even through you don't consume single unit. Water charge are not part of yearly maintenance which is around 36500 for 1000 per square feet house.

There is no place in Pune which you can compare with Amanora township. Future towers are high class towers with no judgmental crowd.

Safety features and security staff are tow major pillars of every tower here. They celebrate all Indian and few international festivals together on a very large scale.

There is no society of residents to run monthly maintenance like in other building. So no fights or ego clash or small groups of people will be observed here. All maintenance will be taken care of Amanaora township

Place is completely safe for International delegates, celebrities.

The Swimming pool is always clean and filled with water.

I do not have any RO water fitted in the kitchen water from tap is completely safe to drink. Also 24X7 water & electricity supply.

Hygine is maintained in all lobbies and lifts. Gym is well equipped. But rent is very high.I stay in 1.5 bhk apartment on rent of Rs 23000/- per month. Owning this place is not easy now.

There is a separate garden for kids, pets, Sr. citizen, and adults. There are so many restaurants available. Also grocery shops are within the Future tower. Ganapati festival is the main attraction.

I am a civil engineer by the profession. And I more than three years of experiance of building construction. I just went in amanora township in pune magarpatta area. This township is such a beauty. They used good quality of material. It can be identified juat by seeing it from outside. The township is near about 8 years old. But the quality of construction is in such a way that you will not see a single crack on building.

The planning and the luxuriousness of the township is such a good that any body can surview over there in any situations.

The Amanora city just opposite to Magarpatta city is a good example of architecture. They have constructed this project so beautifully that, one can fall in love.The have built a luxurious township and they had took care of everything. They have taken care of the environmental aspect as well.It's just a dream comes true to live in such a luxurious township.

Amanora socity have luxurious flats and aminates.school, park ; mall; hospatiles and mariplix theater etc . station 7 kiliometer.hadafsar market 2 kilometer.airpot 10 kiliometer.and basmeny car parking areas. Dominos near 500 meter.koergoan park near 3 kilometer.pass-port office 2.5 kelometer.all aminates are in available in one place. Near magar patta I t park tower.seson mall.syadira hospotil 600 meter.nobal hospatil.in amanor park there have international school.school bus service are available.
