I did some research about Aliens Space and I really liked the project as I felt it is very unique. Many of my friends and relatives has told me not to go for this builder as there was lot of delays and also negative feedback on the internet. When I talked to their marketing executive, they convinced me that they had problems earlier, but now Edelweiss has agreed to do the funding. This happened in 2017 and inspite of negativity I booked an apartment as I really liked the project. Marketing team had promised me to provide the possession by Jan 2020 and when I visited the site, I saw that work is happening so I hoped it would be complete and booked it in 2017.
They told agreement will be prepared only after I pay 20% of the amount, so I payed it as I wanted to proceed. After paying 20% amount, I have followed up for the SALE AGREEMENT they have delayed it for 6 months and later they are forcing me to apply for the loan. I asked them for get the sale agreement first and they mentioned the possession date with delay of 1 year. When I asked they told they have new agreement with Edelweiss and they are not agreeing for the old agreements. I even talked to their CEO, he is blaming the marketing executives telling that they have given the wrong commitments.
I have finally cancelled it as they are not giving any commitments on completion and everyday they are giving some other date. And now I am chasing them for the return of my advance, it has been 10 months. They have agreed in Jan 2019 to return the money in 4 installments from Apr 2019. Till now no payment has been made and they are blaming on Edelweiss mentioning that they are not releasing funds as there is no inflow for Aliens Space(No bookings happening now - People should continue to make wise decision)
The project in theory it is good, but we cannot wait for a home for infinite time and if your money got locked here it would be difficult for us to go for any other project.
