Review on Aliens Space Station, Tellapur, Hyderabad

I have actually lost respect for reviews off-late but still writing one to help fellow property searchers.

Had checked out this property almost 1.5yr ago and came close to booking but didn't go ahead owing to financial concerns. Honestly, I am glad that I did.

At that point of time, I was told possession will be done for my chosen building by Mid'23. But I followed my gut and didn't go ahead since this wasn't registered via RERA. And I was right.

RERA is a good enough check for purchasing any property in metro cities. I received their call 3 weeks ago and again asked them if RERA has been applied for with proof of fees paid. To which they shared the details. For fellow buyers: Only a builder which is sure of it's possession timelines will apply for TSRERA.

I visited the site and met their marketing team. Confirmed the facts and to my surprise it was actually true. Unfortunately though, my chosen unit wasn't available. Later on, post putting pressure somehow that unit magically became available. This is one useless strategy for some reason, most builders are following across Hyderabad. I then told them to provide me a suitable payment schedule 20:80. To which they denied. But later worked on a another schedule. Thanks to their finance head.

I asked them about the reviews here and on google, to which they actually acknowledged and said, we have made some bad decisions and our customers have had to suffer. But never have cheated them. Never compromised on quality of construction. Never paid bribes. Never taken cash etc. The MD actually seemed like a nice person who's been through troubled times.

So anyway, long story short. I finally purchased a unit-3BHK at 6600psf base price.
