Online bids are not supported in a proper formal way and there is no procedure in place that ensures that deadlines for the tenders are met. There is no formal compliance with the adequate laws that safeguard that all the processes are in the current proper flow. THis needs to change in accordance to the standard rules such that it is very convenient for all the buyers interested to take part in good numbers.

We were not shown the required documents that we need to be shown as a buyer, which is why we decided to not go for the house and we request other people to also beaware while dealing with these builders.

Since the past few years, the traffic congestion of the current area has been facing serious rise due to increased number of cars and their driving leads to added traffic and congestion adding to the health threats and making the area more vulnerable for the health concerns of the small children.

Quality-Thats their priority and they wont compromise on this ever, well planned rooms and layouts to give you the maximum out of an appartment.Branded materials used in bathroomwares, doors, windows, tiles.

Delivery time-They generally deliver it on scheduled time but at times it may get a bit delay because in real estate world it happens as lots of factor make a product come true.

Locations-Ultadanga, EM bypass you name it all the major location and they have their presence over there, alcove gloris at ultadanga is a landmark itself.

Pocket pinch-If taken care of the quality and locations of their buildings then I would say theres no need to give a second thought it because they will give you quality enriched product which will be worth your investment.
