Few of the owners taken a position in Phase-1.But still they are struggling for basic amenities like Water,

Power, plumbing rework, electrical rework, lift problem and garbage cleaning Etc.…

Very Worst experience, false promises. Almost 2.5 years gone still we haven't got the apartment with proper amenities which they promised during our booking. .

Phase-II, They took more 5 years to 8 years for completion. Please think before booking.

This builder is cheating with customers. They will not hand over the flat till your money convert to double in bank. Like 12 years you need to wait.

Our one year stay experience says that

. Good location.

. Good for enjoying the evening out of your flat.

Inside flat.

. Water will stop at anytime and this happens many times.

.No ( it is not poor, it is no) maintenance support. If there is a problem in your flat , you may have to get external help.

. Electric Supply failure time you may not get backup always. Ready to be without fan and lights.

We are facing severe problems of growing problems with the overflow of drainage for the last three weeks in our building.

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to the growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea. We have already given many complaints to ASPL. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing.

At the beginning everything looked fine and Sales team where telling so many good things that we booked an apartment.

These scammers started showing their real face after full payment released.

1. 
   Construction quality is so poor that small drilling can create Crack in full wall.
   



2. 
   Poor wiring that your switches will stop working within two weeks. You will have to rectify by your own. Akshaya will not do any support after payment is done.
   



3. 
   Tiles will be uneven and sometimes gets broken when you walk on it. It is really sad to see broken tiles. Your visitors who come to visit your new apartment will see broken or loose tiles in almost every room.
   



4. 
   Doors are made up poor quality wood and big size mushrooms are growing in bathroom doors.
   



5. 
   Akshaya will collect money but will not pay to EB. Lift will be stopped frequently due to EB bill not payed.
   



6. 
   No proper compound wall, 15 to 20 stray dogs keep roaming and threatening the kids.
   



7. 
   Door paints are pathetic and gets peeled within a month.
   



8. 
   Kitchen and Balcony drain pipes will release water inward spoiling your floor and wood works.

   No adequate switches and light provisions

    Lot of hidden charges in the name of Infrastructure but those either not done or not properly done.
    

Akshaya Sales Team - Full of liers. They do fake commitments and will not respond to you after sales

Akshaya CRM Team - Lazy and no customer centric. They will not attend any of your issues. They will keep dragging things till you fed up and do the repairs by yourself.

Very rude and abusive CRM team.

Don't get cheated by the exterior and loose your hard earned money. Zero worth for money.

Stay away from this scammers Akshaya Builders.

If you talk to any owners in the building you will know the truth.

Akshay builders - they do not keep up their promise. they will look in to receiving money from the customers in all possible ways. Shame on such a builder and the company and the management. very frustrated . they do not empathize on the customer services. their delays have no problem to the customer but only our delayed payment will create problem for them. be careful in investing in Akshaya future. this is my experience

The construction quality is very bad. Services team at Akshaya Republic has no skills and very rude. So far no eb supply given. Generator run as the team wishes. Many times power cut since no money with ream to buy diesel. Shame on chittibabu.

Nearby schools are less in numbers. This puts a big question mark to the time consumed for the children and the credibility that can be entrusted upon by the parents of the children in their young age. There are several parks but no schools which takes a lot of time to travel for small children

We still have not got the possession of the place! We do understand that sometimes there is delay because of unforseen circumstances, but it has been 4 years! So much delay is just unacceptable!

It has been a case in the past that the builders are hiring professionals to give mesmerising presentations to prospective buyers. The problem is that many of these buyers constitute the NRI and these presentations are given to make the prospect buy into the plan which is different than the reality.

I bought it during last year and they said delivery date will be within 4 months but I am paying pre EMI in vein. I booked it through visiting a stall of them at Nandambakkam trade centre. I advise throwing your money in shithole rather investing in this as I did.
