Very worst experience with Akshaya Orlando

I am also one of the owner(30.08.2023)

Few of the owners taken a position in Phase-1.But still they are struggling for basic amenities like Water,

Power, plumbing rework, electrical rework, lift problem and garbage cleaning Etc.…

Very Worst experience, false promises. Almost 2.5 years gone still we haven't got the apartment with proper amenities which they promised during our booking. .

Phase-II, They took more 5 years to 8 years for completion. Please think before booking.
