This much hyped project falls flat on the face as it nears completion with umpteen problems and design flaws. The builder makes high promises while selling the apartment. But the quality of finish while delivering is substandard; seepage in the walls, very ordinary sanitary fixtures, lack of insight in the placement of switch points - A big mismatch to the model flats displayed.
All these works are carried out by using contractors who have done a very shabby job. Add to that some of the regulatory approvals like OC still pending, lack of regular electricity connection etc. despite the project being sold as near complete. Not to mention of the amenities like club house, gardens, indoor swimming pool etc which are yet to take shape.
Despite all these the builder has forced possession of the apartments on the hapless buyers, some of whom have already moved in.. Also there is severe lack of professionalism within the management who just do not care about when confronted with questions. So future buyers beware while dealing with them as they do not care to go back even on written commitments. Apparently they went back on their written commitment to Pre-EMI
The only good thing about the project is the location, situated in the heart of E-city. Also there is plenty of open space and all the apartments have ample lighting/ ventilation.
Overall a below average quality of finish for the price paid/demanded, quality much lower than a local small time builder. Also be wary of dealing with an unprofessional, high handed builder whose only claim to fame is in handling large projects in mumbai/Bangalore their integrity and professionalism leaves a lot to be questioned
