This is a dead project. Builder has no interest in reviving the Ajmera Iconic project. The builder also doesn’t have any interest to refund the money with interest as directed by National Consumer Court.The builder flaunts their violations, openly saying that they will not refund the buyers money with interest whatever happens and they will not deliver the promised product buyer paid for.Will you be part of this conspiracy that the builder is playing with buyers money?There are 11 buyers yet to be refunded by this builder for Ajmera Iconic at Kandivali.Some have paid 100% as NRI’s.The duck continues to sit on the golden goose eggs

The director of the project Mr. Jiten Ajmera did not show up at the NCRDC Delhi court.It seems that they are defying the law of the land and vehemently disagree to paying their dues back to customers for their unfulfilled orders.Would you support such mentality of a builder?

The saga continues with the Ajmera Cityscapes management, still unwilling to return my money to me with interest as ordered by the court.Now they will appeal in the Supreme Court to deny me my money. Thief mentality of the leaders of this project, Jiten Ajmera and Harsh Ajmera.
The following is a hearsay information as described by real estate agents in Thakur Complex Kandivali and Malad - the following statement is as stated and not been verified or investigated -
“These people are outright liars, they say one thing and deliver something else.They display one size in model flat and deliver smaller actual flats. This was seen in semi constructed flat at Ajmera Iconic - their dream project, miserably failed because of cheating case against them by the original owners of the land on which the Ajmera Iconic is built upon.”
Update April 9, 2024
This builder has still not settled the complete principal plus interest as ordered by the court. Execution filled in court for the arrest of Joten Ajmera and Harsh Ajmera. Apparently they have filed with Supreme Court, possibly a bail bond. This builder is a fraud, the owner of Richie Rich hotel in Shirdi.
If you have been defrauded, contact me on facebook to plan on collectively eliminate his business legally and recover our money by auctioning of his personal property belonging to him or his family. Any other shell companies owned by this fraudster should also be exposed and get him in soup with appropriate officials.
