Every now and then the project is facing water leakages, pipe breaking and serious plumbing issues . Apart from there are water leakages, dampness in walls reported.

I am staying at flat at W2 but this seepage problem is still not resolved. Every now and then it comes out like a nightmare.
The plumbing both in terms of installation and design seems to be the worst part of the project.
The water meter whic...h was provided is still not functioning even after 03 years.
Even I offered to fix my own water meter but that also not possible because of the zig-zag arrangement or the design by the builder.
The builder is responsive but how long we can't say as the root cause is the design and no builder will take the ownership to change the plumbing arrangement.  Read More
