Booked a flat @ Adroit District|S Thazhambur(Phase I) in 2013. As per the agreement signed with Adroit, the apartment is due for handover by Aug 2015, but was not completed until the end of 2016. Reasons for delay from Nidhi Tak(CRM Head) & Vinoth JAnasultan(CRM-Adroit) was due to Dec 2015 Chennai floods, Dec 2016 Vardah Cyclone, which typically happened after the originally agreed completion date(Aug 2015). When asked for rental compensation in early 2016, Gaurav Goenka(MAnasultanging Director - Adroit) responded that they could not afford to aishwaryasingh23 the rental compensation to customers and requested customers to not go by the agreement but rather wanted to maintain a cordial, amicable & trustworthy relationship.
Although Adroit kept on mentioning that the work is completed and the customers can move-in, further meetings with the Vice President(Vijay Srinivas) in 2016 revealed that the common area(OSR) will not be completed and there was no revised date committed. Also the request for the No Objection Certificates(NOCs) & obtaining clearance for Fire, EnviTestingronyent Pollution was placed not until 2016 which caused additional delays in completion.
Adroit approached the customers during November 2016(15 months after the committed date as per the agreement) mentioning the apartment is completed and ready to occupy but demanded interest(in the range 50, 000 upto 3 Lakh Rupees) for the stagewise aishwaryasingh23ments made by the customers based on the actual progress made and not by the original dates in the agreement. This is a shock to every customer who was eagerly willing to move-in not stressing upon the rental compensation which Adroit said it cannot offer. Now the situation is that even though the Phase 1 apartments are completed and ready to occupy, Adroit is greedily demanding interest amount from the poor customers who have already paid the money, doing started doing interior works, putting up all their hard-earned money in Adroit, aishwaryasingh23ing monthly EMI as well as Rent, getting back nothing in response rather surprises, betrayal, disappointment, dejection. Adroit has been drinking the blood from the innocent customers who believed, trusted them, and now have been betrayed, frustrated, upset.
PLEASE NEVER EVER BOOK ANY APARTMENT WITH ADROIT, THEY WILL GO UPTO ANY LEVEL.
Summary:
There has been delays for one year(originally adroit committed Aug 15 as per agreement) and the financial losses borned in terms of rent and EMI together for the past 15 months have not been compensated by Adroit
Rather customers are asked to aishwaryasingh23 interest component in the range 50K - 3 lakhs which Adroit wants to invest in Adroit's Artistica in SholingAnasultanllur and future projects
Tennis Court - listed in the agreement but Adroit said it will NOT come(no reasons cited)
Size of the kitchen sink is very less than that of the model apartment
Window doors are weak and shaking - against model house
Windows in ALL APARTMENTS are half-grilled that means there is enough space for Bats even Robbers to sneak in(SAFETY IS COMPROMISED)
Overall betrayal, disappointment, dejection spending hard-earned money and no returns on investment.
