We recently purchased a 3BHK fat at Adroit Urban District S phase2. Staff is very friendly and help you in all sorts of queries. Very helpful in getting bank loan as well. Very well trained executives and infact they share the progress of ongoing construction on weekly basis along with photographs of the site.its very near to siruseri sez and an ideal investment for people working there. Dont bother about the transport, commuting n all.Already four bus services from state transort are operating. CBSE schools are very nearby. Good investment

Adroit is one of the few builders in the city that pays attention to details, aesthetic as well as safety and the practical aspect of things. We have been living in an adroit project for more than two years and have had no complaints thus far. We just recently recommended an Adroit project to a friend – they are also very happy with their investment. I would definitely recommend adroit to other people as well.

We have booked a flat in District S in OMR by Adroit and will be getting possession soon. Very happy with the way the project was progressing and also happy with the way our flat is looking now. Builder is keeping his promise. In between we thought work was going slow but it picked up and now looks like we will mostly get our flat on time. Our friends who are living in other Adroit projects recommended to us – good investment

No matter how many sky scrappers they build, when they cant even deliver a 2bhk on time.

Don't ever go this builder. They just waste our time.

Even if you book a home, you will end up paying EMI's for years together without possession.

Missing deadlines by more than an year

Unacceptable charges

misleading agreements

very unhappy about their commitment

not capable of managing the expectations from the customer

I've been checking for some nice apartments in and around the city and was surprised to see Adroit has some 4 to 5 properties in all major locations like Mylapore, Nungambakkam, TNagar, etc. Its nice to see that they don't do more than 6 / 7 apartments in each so that the its not cramped.

Cool locations and friendly people. Waiting to check their new property near Gemini flyover. Heard the apartments have private terrace, clubhouse and some cool stuff.

We booked a 2 BHK here 2 months ago and we are very happy with the way the construction is progressing. Looks like we will get our flat in time and be able to move in quickly. The sales team is very regular with providing us with updates and such. Whenever I call they are very polite and answer questions well. This is very rare quality in builders. Initially I was sceptical whether such a big project will complete on time but now I’m quite glad I invested in District S by Adroit.

ADROIT DISTRICT S Miscommitment, Slow progress and No customer value.

We booked a Flat in Adroit District|S in Thalambur, Navalur(3 kms off OMR-Navalur junction) The project was started Jun -2013. Initially they told we will get possession by AUG-15. But till date(28-JUL-16) project is not completed and more work is pending. Before booking the apartment sales team will give more assurance after that they never keep their promises. We are facing so many issues to sorted out but it’s never resolved and no solution provided till now. The Biggest mistake i've done in my life is booking a flat in ADROIT. Always they said we are following the process which is purely not favorable for customers. All customer related benefits are only in papers not followed by the builders.

ADROIT ISSUES and CONCERNS

Fake Promise by management.

No Customer friendly / No respect on customers

Delay in progress.

No value for Money.(Quality not as expected)

What you seen from the model house is not what you will get.

Worst customer relationship.

From sales through to selections and site supervision all Adroit Urban staff were excellent to deal with. Had a really good experience.

We really can't praise Adroit enough and certainly can't pick a fault. If I were ever to invest again, wouldn't hesitate to go with Adroit and very happy to recommend them to others.

Adroit Urban Developers are just fantastic and we are looking forward to the completion of District S apartments. Cant wait to move in and have a happy house.
Rethink before buying with Adroit

Rethink before buying with Adroit as there is 18 months delay due to various factors and there has been no rental compensation provided rather customers asked to pay interest component for delayed payment. How can someone release funds when the construction is not progressing as per the schedule or no visibility on the possession date? Still customers did pay 100% principal amount and are demanded to pay interest to occupy their apartment, now that the apartment has been completed.
