Strongly suggest staying away from aditya urban casa both as tenant and as owner since the owner association here is led by corrupt guddu sinha and his inner circle is all corrupt folks who dont listen to demands of owners. also uttar pradesh government should set up inquiry commission and take action. society has serious seepage problem and u can see on every building the whole society is suffering. people in the society are not well behaved and honestly this is the worst society in the region. im telling u stay away from this society, mahagun, hyde park, and sethi are much better options in sector 78.
