The staff members working here are all fraud. As per my friend said, he went and got a plat booked for him in old hyderabad. But after sometime he went again after 3 days to talk with them and the people their said that the plot he was looking for has been sold out to some other peron, he told them everything and what those people replied was that they can not do anuthing.

I do not think anybody can be more fraud then them. Very bad customer service.

And it is not like they have got the best projects here, all of their projects are below average in looks and placement.

I bought a flat in Adithya Imperial heights, after reading few reviews at that time.  The builder has no respect to customers and is so stupid that instead of concentrating on constructions his focus would be on whats app group of his customers, targeting and troubling the customers who raise voice for their delay. My sincere recommendation would be don't buy from  this builder. and for some reasons you have to buy in his ventures, please involve a lawyer right from beginning  and make sure you don't fall into trap and cry. he used average quality material but due poor skillman ship labour the outcome is bad. lot of cracks and seepages.  14th floor customers(top floor)  have already raising complaints that water is leaking a lot during rains. Please note customer are not living there yet.:)

Don't just rely on my review. please verify through many sources before you buy, if yours is a hard earned money.

Pathetic build fine, poor customer support. I had to redo the bathroom again due to extreme seepage hassle. Building is complete of seepage, extraordinarily negative satisfactory of cloth used. No longer encouraged in any respect for new customers. Might be posting snap shots and films of the build pleasant. Several promised made at some stage in marketing segment and none delivered. It feels as though they are the simply some other roadside builder looking to cheat client. No drinking water because 1 year. There were numerous other promised made like, children play location, gas pipeline, Italian marble, wood floors etc are all no longer done, alternatively they supplied cheapest excellent cloth. All dangerous bare wires putting in each floor, for which we have been following up with builder but no reaction. Attaching photo of rest room full of seepage and I had to interrupt it. Quickly I can connect the video of the campus with all problems.

Hi to everyone friends here I'm writing Review on the Aditya Constructions Company, the Aditya Constructions Company has good fame and good name in the Real Estate Market, but this is the worst Constructions in all areas. There is no one respond after the purchase Flat or Individual House in this Aditya Constructions Company. Any one looking to buy the new Flat please don't purchase in this Aditya Constructions Company. In this Constructions Company False statements and there is no good customer services. The Aditya Constructions Company not complete the Flats or Houses or Entire Venture in time, they are going to take very more time to complete. One of the my Friend purchased one Flat from Aditya Constructions Company right now his facing so many types problems from the Aditya Constructions.

They are showing very impression in starting time after the purchased the Flat or House from Aditya Constructions Company the company has going to ignoring to the customers and the staff also not responding on our problems. The Prices of the Flats and Houses are very high compare with the another ventures. This is not suitable to the ordinary people this is suitable to only for luxury people and reach people. The Company not complete the all facilities in time. As per my knowledge this is very bad Constructions Company in Hyderabad please friends before you are going take Flat or House think from all aspects. Here I'm strongly recommend to all don't purchase in this Aditya Constructions Company Hyderabad.

This majid khan from hyderabad. I personally saw the constructions of aditya group builders there are money earning people. There way of constructions of apartments are so close that air cannot able to pass through it. Very much conjestive and small rooms but its model is nice. Very expensive and low motivated.They use little space and constructs tall buildings side by side very hard for breeze to pass through between them.People attracts towards them but unable to understand the difficulties the people are facing inside the apartsments. But any how the look of the site attracts anyone who plans to own a house in the city limits.

My Friend has purchased recently flat in Aditya venture in hyderabad, He said it is very good option to you because it is very beatifully consturcted and it is very reasonable price for middle class people and good planning, complete vastu, so I went to that venture I surprised to see that venture because it is very good looking and piecefull area, it is very near to city center, we can reach with 15 minuts to reach city, in that they provided good facilities like parking place, all approved layout, I decided to book a flat in Aditya venture

Pathetic build quality, poor customer service. I had to redo the bathroom again due to severe seepage problem. Building is full of seepage, extremely poor quality of material used. Not recommended at all for new buyers.

Will be posting photos and videos of the build quality. Several promised made during marketing phase and none delivered. It feels as if they are the just another roadside builder trying to cheat customer.

No drinking water since 1 year. There were several other promised made like, children play area, gas pipeline, Italian marble, wooden flooring etc are all not done, instead they supplied cheapest quality material.

All hazardous naked wires hanging in each floor, for which we have been following up with builder but no response. Attaching photo of bathroom full of seepage and I had to break it. Soon I will attach the video of the campus with all issues.

Actually I don't prescribe this construction agency as they are not agonized over the consumer loyalty. They don't complete the relegated deal with time. They don't pay the wages of the laborers which results in postponement of the relegated venture.

MY VERDICT:-

On the off chance that you need your lofts to be based on time please settle on some great decision other than this construction agency.

Hi all I am writing this review based on one of my friends bitter experience, One of my friends had booked an apartment three years ago in the project involving Aditya constructions.

He had been promised to get the apartments ready to move in December last year. It has almost four months past that date and still the construction work is going at the site.

This is clear cheating from the company and they are causing lots of problem. On asking they are saying that they are having a financial problem due to which this delay has happened and they are not able to give proper wages to the workers, this was not expected as it is a reputed name in the construction industry, I do no recommend this to anyone.

Totally concur with the remarks with the prior reviewers.  This administration is the most noticeably bad you can ever discover in land for the measure of the Organization.  The believability of T. Chandrashekar as an ex IAS is flawed with the late occasions at Aditya.

Disturbing clients for enlistments, sending request sees and debilitating for cancelation, poor reactions, absence of straightforwardness etc.this developer will come up short unless T. Chandrashekar and others including Sai Kumar Naidu cut down their presumption when managing the customers.  Patience of the clients is running out

Aditya construction's office in Hyderabad city. I unknown where is their office in hyderabad and their proper address.

But I know he is a big finagler builder. My uncle bayed a flat through aditya construction's property dealer. My uncle which bayed flat to see like some old but there place is good and tidy. Then my uncle gave it to him this flat for renovation .

And they finished renovation work it flat after 4 months. There working process is very slow evey workers are too lazy and nugatory. Few months later in my uncle flat's colours is omit and then there using cement and bricks is lost his coagulate retain capacity. Everywhere leakage water and lose cement and colours when came rainy season. Peradventure he used cheap quality cements, bricks and colours. There workers and aditya construction's dealer cheated my uncle. My uncle is belong to middle class men, they have no enough money for court case. My uncle was lost his money and time. If you really love your money, do not buy any property and do not give your house their workers  for renovation work.

Customer service is as bad as it gets. Non-responsive, needs multiple reminders. The only person who has told me "I will try to help you" is the site GM Mr. Murthy, and not any of the CRM folks. There is a lot of confusion among customers over possession dates - and instead of undertaking any confidence building measures(e.g. a guided site visit every 2-3 weeks to show progress), their CRM is now "getting back" at people. I still believe that the product will be of quality, and seriously hope they don't compromise that to finish quicker.

My son booked a flat in Empress towers in 2011.They gave a pre EMI offer wherein the interest on Bank loan will be reimbursed to the buyer every month by the company.

They promised to deliver the flat by Dec.2014.

Till date it was not done .

It is still under construction.we don't know when the flat will be given.

Recently they are  also delaying reimbursement of interest.

It appears they are in financial trouble.

So my advice to those who want to buy from these builders is to buy a ready to move in flat after careful verification of quality.

I have booked flat with Aditya construction. All promises were false, and when I inquired about those I got excuse or a rude response every time.

They have stopped entry in the construction site and never bothered to inform, and when reached after log ride I came to know that I am not allowed to enter.

There is no authoritative contact to escalate and address issue.

I can not comment on other builds everyone has some prose cons but I will not recomend Aditya construction to anyone.

I've been researching for the best project near Hitec City for the past few months. I had a discussion with many of my colleagues in office. We short listed Aditya and Aparna Constructions in Hyderabad.

Now another dilemma is that both of these constructions have complaints. One of my friend is living in Mount Castle of Adityacc. Another one living in Windsor. Both were delivered in 2008. But now going through these reviews I was horrified.

I made a visit to the Imperial Heights project but to my surprise I found that the model was too good. You guys may have faced the problem but I personally feel it is not the case with others. I would say  location, quality and

elevation are the biggest assets of the project.

I booked a flat yesterday in D Block. I hope that I would not face any problem with the Company.

I recently purchased our first Flat in Empress Towers C Block 101. I visited their project after coming across their Facebook Ad.  Their landscape designing is good and I was surprised by their amenities.

They are providing wooden flooring for Master bedrooms and I wonder how a builder in Hyderabad is providing it free of cost. I was initially skeptical about the reviews posted online but I personally feel that Aditya Construction Company will be completing the project in time and CRM Dept. is very supportive in updating the timely status of the project.

I feel this would be another bench mark project in the Vicinity of Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad.

My wife and I recently purchased our first Flat, thanks to Aditya Constructions.  They were very quick to respond to calls and texts, and were very supportive & accommodating to our busy schedules.  I have had a very pleasant experience with Aditya Constructions and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Please do your thorough research on this builder both from the market and real estate agents and also from googling. There are a lot of issues about the way people have written about how they have been cheated .

There are lots of issues and some pending in courts. So you may want to do a thorough research on the project and builder before you want to commit.

Lots of forums online have contact details with whom you would want to contact. Please be aware of the builders reputation and the way they deal with customers and clients
