Top Fraudulent Builder Aggarwal Associates

Review on Aditya City Apartments, Dasna, Ghaziabad

This builder is the worst in person and worst project seen in my whole life time. They have bloody people working for them. In preet vihar office they have a old man named - Mr.Ahuja who does all the politics on behalf of Aggarwal Associates " Aditya Builder ". If you have purchased the flat in aditya world city, sorry to say but you are so unfortunate that you have to pay few things with no reasons.

1. First and foremost you have to pay them the late fee charged on your loan disbursement because your loan disbursement got delay and you have to pay them this amount in cash with no records.

   
   




2. Maintainence charges with late fee where you will get zero service in the name of maintenance and they charge you power backup. Which is not at all there in the apartment i have not seen the power backup is been used since 2 years.

   
   




3. Its like you have taken the flat in a village where you have to face ?? electricity problems, road problems, water problems and yes, you have to pay maintenance regularly on time but not get anything in return.

   
   




4. No bloody staff to tackle all of your problems they are so irresponsible that they dont even urge to reply on your emails and your complaints.
