Do not recommend and not meeting commitments

Review on Address The Grand Strand, Hoodi, Bangalore

Beware of the builder / developer. I own one unit in their previous project ‘Gokul Vatika address’. Pls visit the site once before taking decision, they are not keeping the promises and basic amenities promised are not yet delivered after 2 years of hand over. Post registration the team is blaming between developer and promoters. No accountability and simply dragging. already contacted their respective focal and no progress last couple of years. The management team well aware of the issues and do not recommend at all.
