Bad behaviour by Chatterjee couple in B block , gundagardi done on tenants by this secretary and chairpersons....extremely cheap and filthy society, with communal differences maintained towards localites by the Chatterjee's fightercock couple who are dissatisfied with their own life n take out frustations on neighbours and tenants of other owners .lot of gafla done in society maintainable money as no basic cleanliness and lighting seen in this dimly lit filthy society. Avoid if you are looking for rental or resale flat this place is curse..Chatterjee's here will make your life hell

Achalare Realtors is the Best Organization in Real Estate!

It was an extremely pleasant experience interacting with Achalare Realtors right from the day, we make up our mind to buy our Dream House in one of their project “HONEY DEW”

To being with showing the plot they have been up front and transparent in all their dealing. Gave a proper land outs pertaining to payment schedule(own contribution+ bank).

At every step they kept me updated on project construction status by sending the images, also they did some interior changes as per my requirement.

I was always welcome on the site to see the physical work done by Achalare Realtors by the construction team and sales team. It was a great experience. I wish good wishes to the Achalare Realtors Team for their bright progress in Future.

Overall I am Very satisfied after investing money with Achalare Realtors.

Worst experience ever had in life. invested in Achalare Realtors Honey Dew the project hasnt moved a stone, and now after a lot of effort to get the cancellation done, these shameless set of unethical people are delaying the reimbursement of the agreement value which was deposited with achalare realtors(also be carefull they take payments on different different firms so they can play with the money and taxes in case of law suite against them). above that, their staff is sooo uncourteous and their terms and conditions which are totally biased towards Achalare who have thugged soo many people and are living on their money.

what was disheartening that, inspite of me being a government employee and having gone through a lot of hardships to collect the money which I have deposited with them as a booking amount during agreement, they dont feel even obliged to return me the same amount. its been over 6 months and have been mentally harassed by these shameless set of people.

strongly advice do no book even an inch of property with such disgusting, shameless unethical group of people.
