Review on Ace Parkway, Sector 150, Noida

There is a humongous scam going on by the third-party CRM team sitting at ACE Parkway.

They have stopped resale to earn illegitimate profits. Here is how the scenario is running up:

1. They have stopped resale so the client can't sell on its own

   
   




2. They are offering buy-back for clients in which they buy back the unit from client

   
   




3. Now they offer client, say, 1.45 Cr for the amount client paid

   
   




4. Then they sell the same unit to a new client for 1.8 Cr and distribute the profits at different levels

   
   

A unit of 1750 sq ft, whose cost, given the current condition, distance and habitability of sector-150 where labor is moving all the time, everywhere there is dust and mud, no street lamps in phase - 2, no nearby furnished market (remember all amenities are in greater noida as of now), should not be more than 1.5 CR is being offered at 1.8 Cr.

I would suggest to all the prospective buyers to not fall in this trap and wait until a couple of months when OC comes up and resale opens.

It is "WE - The customers" who helps these illicit activities run seamlessly. If we don't pay unworthy prices to such builders, they will be left with nothing but to correct their values.

Another marketing gimmick they just did:

They threw a party a week back at the property and raised the BSP from 9200 to 9700. Seriously?? Are we that foolish?

Will Chunky Pandey who came to party pay for our homes?

Will Shahrukh khan who they are claiming to inaugurate their next launch pay for our homes?

Definitely NOT!

We MUST NOT fall in this trap!!
