An absolute nightmare . I bought a fully-furnished penthouse and it's been almost 6 months since I moved-in .
> but until today, I have seepage issues in the house, the civil work both inside & outside the penthouse is unfinished(Sandeep Singh, the head of civil takes no responsibility for any of this) . so many basic things like shaft for pipes, earthing cables etc are being done as after-thoughts creating mess inside the kitchen and terrace .
> the interior guys left many things incomplete and despite a senior director of ACE & his son(Mr Gill) involved in the interiors, the pending work is still not finished . they wash their hands saying they worked for ACE who signed-off but ACE handover team(Surinder Bhaati) says that only Mr Gill can finish the work .
> the so-called personal pool is pathetically designed and started leaking within a day of use . now plumbing team is passing the buck to the civil team and vice versa . and the customer(me) is waiting to use the pool for which I have paid so-much money
> the sales guy(Ganesh Singh) totally disappeared from the scene by saying its now the job of handover & CRM team - did not even provide a clean sheet of the interior inventory I was charged for.
basically despite paying money for a so-called premium living experience, the customer gets harassed while the Sales, CRM, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing and all such teams play ping-pong and expect the customer to directly coordinate with the junior-most daily-labor because the heads of all these functions are totally irresponsible who are busy making new projects .
> try reaching-out to Ajay Chaudhary and nobody ever responds from his office.
From top to bottom, ACE team is all full of irresponsible and dishonest people who basically trap the customers in the name of luxury but in truth selling an absolutely sub-standard and incomplete messy property.
