Very bad service from Accurate. Once the flat is sold then neither the builders nor the so called crm will give attention.


Construction: At par.


Security: Just a showoff. Its of no use.


Maintenance: They will take high maintenance charges but won't provide proper service.


Internet: Below par. Everyday you will get network issue. They have an agreement with Pioneer from where they earn commission and doesn't allow other providers inside.


All lights in the society are switched off after 11 to save on electricity and earn profits.


They will create and implement their own rules on the residents.

This and other awards i.e. best premium Mid segments home 2019 – Most preferred developer of the year 2020 -Times Business award , Best Developer of the Year 2019 and 2020 by Common floor are testimony to our commitment to delivery of quality, delivery and service.
Maintenance quality of Accurate is at par with some of best maintained gated communities in Hyderabad . Maintenance charges being collected is at par with other Gated communities at Hyderabad . Even the deficit in collection is being funded by the developer as a matter of goodwill.
Internet services are available by multiple service providers i.e. Pioneer and ACT.
Lights are not switched off after 11 . This is a completely false allegation.
It is one of the best Habitable community in the Gachibowli/Narsingi area.
