Good Location. Construction Good. Management serious issues. RWA pathetic. Egoist society. Very high maintenance charges. Total lack of transparency from RWA. Very stressful environment to live in Gurgaon. Investment to own property on posh golf course Road is only prime reason going for this society. Not worth living.
