Very Terible Experence in ABD project

I booked one plot in ABD Legacy 6 month ago. After Legal verification I Got to know there are many legal issues are there in that project. I cancelled it. When I called Rajeev Gowda he is not answering phone call also. They all are fraud. please don't buy property from them. Last 6 month I am calling them for my refund everyday.

Planning to get a plot in ABD Amazon in electronics City phase 2. The conversion from the previous owner to ABD is still in progress. But the bookings for the layout has begun and they are doing the basic work like roads, electricity lines and stp. Need inputs on the below items:



  1. Has anyone registered a plot in ABD amazon?



  2. for the older projects, have the owners received individual katha? If so, how long does it take to get transferred?



  3. They are asking to pay 2L upfront for club house construction? Can we proceed? was this collected in previous projects also. Please help

.all of layouts from this builder are having issue.his first project's start-city's which was started 5 years back still has not got khata transfer. all customers are struggling with builders to get basic amenities like bore-bell and KHATA transfer.

Put your honest words now .Is your khata transfer happed.check Vijaya karnataka new paper .or just search on net .you will get all information.
