I booked a duplex in akriti aqua city project Bhopal in 2010 but after 9 yr builder is not ready to give possession even after RERA orders. I tried to contact owner of this group many times but they never met me. Customer care service is worst. They people never entertain you after booking.


I will advise to all future customers,


don't waste your money in any project of AG8 akriti group

Garjesh Ji is there any legal proceeding going on against the Mr. Rajeev Soni, director of Ag8 group, regarding the same issue. If there are others also atleast 15 or more we all can proceed legally for the same. I also have been facing the same issu...e and even the director is not picking up cell phones so hoping that customer care number will work or help to resolve our concern is waste of time  Read More
