The walls have been not been made with good material and they have used a different kind of marble for some houses and different kind of marble in some other places, which is why I think something is wrong.

This place has poor quality of flats! The possession has been delayed by several years and the management is just plain bad at their job! They make you sign some things during possession that was not mentioned before! It is horrible!
No electricity supply and water supply yet.

There is an illegal floor in this building and there are officals that are constantly visiting the place and causing disturbance for us and threatnening us for no fault of ours.

Markets in this location are situated far away from the places of resident ship. This creates a bigger bottleneck in terms of having to leave the place of resident ship so as to travel and have the food delivered to appropriate place in a timely fashion.

The government should take some active steps in nudging the banks to help such scenarios.
