The location is perfect as you are close to the Hinjewadi IT hub and Pune-Mumbai expressway. Something else that is wonderful about Viva, is the view! Overlooking such mesmerizing scenic beauty every morning from your apartment is what you cannot beat!

We purchased a 4.5 bhk in their new launch Raheja Premier called Reserve. They were honest and only spoke in terms of carpet area. Society maintainence is also charged on carpet. The amenities are very well maintained and the parking area in the already constructed buildings in the same complex are well maintained. After sales of builders are really rude, but these people were very polite. We are very happy with our relationship manager. Also Mr Parmeet and Mrs Ketki from the sales team made sure we understood what we are purchasing very clearly. Only issue is their squash court is in a bad state, hope they can fix it soon.

There are many developers with whom the financial payments are not taken care of in a timely basis and this is one of the reasons there is minimal degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations for the funds or sanctions that the developers are responsible for.

Unlike many of the times where the houses were sold on the basis of super-built up area, and hence unlike many of the times where the home buyers were buying house on the basis of super built up area will now be paying only for the actual area of the flat.

In the times of inflation and soaring prices of the properties in the real estate domain, it has been seen that prices of raw materials have been on the constant surge. The frequency for natural calamities have further led to worsening the conditions so as to mobilize the funds.

When I went to visit them in order to book and told them to show we the papers and licenses, they vehemently refused and so I decided to not book a house with them.

There is an illegal floor built over here because of which they have not got the right paperwork and it could cause problems for the members in times to come!

There are many case where the agents find it very difficult to sell the property since the property requires a lot of repairs and decorating that needs to eb taken care of and Is not timely paid heed to from the vendors end.

We cannot believe that such renowed builders would give us such huge problems. There was no follow up on how much time possesion would take and now when we finally got the building; we see that it is not well done.
