The other review is absolutely correct. They would start every project with a new name and company so all their past misdoings don't surface out. Probably they take money from one project and move it to other, while the other project gets stuck due to lack of funds. Read all RERA complaints against Palmtree Palm World One on Maharera website to know the kind of mess you would get youself into.

I know a few folks who have invested here and all of them regret the decision. Their director Mr Anurag Khemka is full of lies and deceit to say the least.

This project is by the same builder who has not yet been able to deliver his other project named'palm world one', in Kharadi, Pune which is delayed by many years now.

There are many Rera complaints filed against this builder for that project and all RERA orders are against the builder and in favor of the innocent Buyers. The various complaints state that the builder took more than 10% of the property cost without doing registration for sell and then demanded more money or canceled the deal by claiming cancellation charges without refunding, all of which is against the law. This builder has not refunded to the buyers ever after orders of the RERA court. There are also complaints which state that the same flat was sold to more than 1 buyer. In all the RERA orders, you will find that the builder's actions are against the laws and RERA has warned the builder. Also recovery warrants are issued by RERA. In one of the orders, the RERA court have also mentioned that the builder has acted dishonestly and has done a fraudulent act.
