I used this site for purchasing t-shirts but I am not able to purchase and get disappointed with their services. Their customer care works very slow. They not answer to most of the questions. Hence, we have to ask them again and again. In last their answers are not satisfactory. This site is good in terms of product quality. They provides best quality product at very affordable prize. We can easily find 100% cotton t-shirt starting from 299/-. Delivery services of this site is bottleneck of this shopping platform. Cash on delivery is awailable only in some big cities. Also in cod product takes more than 10 days to deliver. They charges very high amount of delivery charges. Website contains too much plugins which makes site slow to load. Most of times app and website hangs. They have different combinations of font and background colour which may confuse us. They have different terms and conditions which are hard to understand even by a new user. Sometime they deliver wrong products or product with wrong size.

Hii viewers now I am saying about my opinion about this application.last day I installed this application for looking their prices compare to other online stores.but, it was not opened in my phones I gave the proofs for this complaints.please see my image I have 15mbps speed of act broad band network.it works very rapidly now also I installed lot of applications and visit so many websites but, no one have works this this type of fulish and worst application I never see.

I can't trust on its product. Because I ordered for a shirt from this site. The shirt's cost was 899/- . I ordered it and I chosed a black colour dress. I opted COD for payment and waited for tge delivery.

It was said to be delivered within 7 days but got it after 10 days. That was a small issue but when I unbox the package the sgirt was of white colour.

I suddenly contacted their customer service but they didn't reply. I called them again and again. After 2 days they received my call. I told them the whole isaue and aaked them to return it. They told me that product can be exchanged but can't be returned. Bur I don't want to exchange it. I wanted to return it. After a long talks they agreed to return.

Very bad experience from Zovi.com. I will never suggest anyone to use this site.

Friends! Guess What.? I even forgotten the name of this site. But some how I recognized and sharing the experience of this site, just because to save your time and money. Once I ordered a Jacket, Mixed material leather jacket, I received outer of this world material jacket. I skipped just because I got it in cheap rate. But when I checked the size is also not according to me, I asked customer service over the mail to return and send me one size small product. You know what they replied.? Send me the product through courier, we'll send the other product once we receive the couriered product.

High Tempered Guys! Really my mood changed to high tempered.

I send the product back by investing my own money, I received the changed product but now the price matched with the product, if I ordered the other branded product from legitimate online site.

When I given the bad feedback on the mail, they send me the coupon of Rs.200/- to apply on the next product.

Friends don't go for zovi, chaahe Zo Vi ho jaaye.;):p

Hey guys this brand zovi is quit good and have a great collection to youths and at very reasonable price they have the latest gashion and you can buy it from their web site and flipkart and amazone. this is my true experience I have bought 3 jeanses and 2 shirt from zovi and it is quit awsome the fabric is very comfortable of the shirts it is made from pure cotton and jeans are also. the jeans I have bought is dark wash and premium quality. at the sale season I purchased these stuff at the price of only 500 bucks for jeans and atmost 300 for the shirts if you are looking for a reasonable price brand than go for it you will not get disappoint!

Hey guys I have order leather jacket of rupees 5000. I am really excited for jacket. I am very disappointed because I got delevery after 15 days. I am dissapointed from the jacket. Jacket is made up of cheap quality I try to return it but it does not happen. Many times I try to contact with customer care but it couldn't connect. The product quality is so cheap and now I am thinking I waste my money. It doesn't have any app. I would like to ignore this website. Very cheap and I hate this website

The thing today is not purchasing on the web, practically every dealer is offering their items on the web and doing their delievery so its not an a significant major ordeal, the thing is that when you get the item would you be able to return it back and get your discount with no real cerebral pain? That is precisely Zovi exceeds expectations at.Nowlets be realistic I dont like some other destinations than amazon Myntra or flipkart to purchase the items however taking a gander at great offers I purchased a jean, a shirt, one belt, 2 sets of hoodies and one coat. Its been more then 4 years that I am a customer of Zovi. Till todays date zovi has never disappointed me. Be it clothes or shoes. I buy almost 90% of my things from zovi. The quality of clothes specually T shirts and Jeans I recived from zovi are of the best quality which till date does not loose there color and shape. And I am big fab of zovi because of the shoes that I get here. Be it formals or sports shoes zovi is aleays been my first choice. I tell you tue reason behind it. I am 6.2 nd half inch tall and my shoes size is ideally 11. This is the only site which gave shoes of my perfect size and not just that even if I get 10 number from them that also fits me comfortable. And that to I get somw good qualitt shoes in the price range of 500-600 what else I can ask from them.

In all zovi is best for me.

Zovi is a brand where you get both good average and cheap clothes. I having shopping zovi for quite a time until the team cheated my and didn't refund my money even after cancellation of the order. I had for some t shirts and a casual pant but I had to cancel the order due to some unavoidable causes and I did cancel the order for which I had already payed through net banking. The amount was Rs1366/-. after some time I got an email that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 7 business days into my bank account. So 7 days passed away and when I tried to open the website to know the status. The page read "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WE ARE SHIFTING OUR GODOWNS WILL BE BACK SOON. THANK YOU!". So I e mailed to them regarding the issue. and as usual I received an email from the automated mail server that a ticket has been generated. And after that I didn't get any reply from them I even tried calling them on both the given numbers 9243777000 and 07676227878 but both these numbers are not working. It's been 6 months but still the order cancellation page shows that the REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED but I haven't got any refund from their end In the beginning the service was good but now they have started cheating so friends beware of this website.

This online website have good brand of products in shirts. I was ordered one light sky blue shirt of 40 size and found good quality of fabric used in it. But the sides of color and cuff side little bit week due to inner material is week. The quality of shirt is good but little have to be more for improvement. I used the shirt for few months. Solid colour shirts are found very classic solid colur with unique printing designs. You can purchase both casuals and formal from this site. Hence it is not so bad shopping website.

I have never used this site but my friends colleagues, friends and brother did.Zovi has a good name we feel wen we see it's marketing strategy and advertisements.But when it comes to service quality cargo it's very poorly handled , Not overall but 30 to 40% of the customers have issues.The dilevery and quality off the product is much a concern .

Hi all, I have few times from this online shopping site. Initial few products sent from them were of good quality but the last product which I had ordered for gifting my son on his birthday was of very bad quality. I had ordered denim jeans from this site. The product on site was looking good so I placed the order but it was delivered, it was of very bad condition, the size of the jeans was differing a bit and the quality also was not good. After two washes, all the threads in jeans started coming out. I think immediately contacted the customer care of Zovi.com and was not responded properly. After few requests to exchange the jeans of refund, we din't get response. Then I din't go any further in this matter. Delivery time was fine but not the last product I purchased. I won't continue buying this site's products from now on. I won't rely on it also. The display of products in their site is good but not the products quality.

The zivi.coms customer service was worst they not even response to customers.

Next product quality is very poor they show branded on online but they send to customers 2nd quality products.

Delivery time was take long. they target 21 to deliver product was coming to our hand 23rd this is their maintenance.

Website design was very good. and app interface very attractive. that's the reason to attract customers and they can purchase on site and zivi team was shocked to customers send different items.

This site was only to show some great design to go on but product quality and there maintainence worst.

I found this brand good.i bought this brand 3 times .they have good collection of men clothing .i ordered shirts from this and material was really good and the prices was really reasonable.the products are durable also but almost you will not get ur size or out of stock products and that product never get back in stock.everything else is good.products are mostly out of stock so I coudnt buy much but as much as I bought the products are good and recommended atleast once should give a try.thanx.
