I have ordered blue velvet lehenga but received completely different product, I applied for return and try to contact them through email there was no response from them, please don't trust this website it's a fake website. I have attached here whatever I have ordered and what I received.

I had ordered a mangtika set and I was supposed to get an earrings set along with the mangtika. However, to my surprise when I received the parcel on 27/11/2019, there was no mangtika and I received only a set of earrings which is completely different from the one which I ordered.

After reading the reviews, it seems Zipker is fooling their customers. This site doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I had a very disappointing experience.

Hi Team - I am using this medium to raise a complain that we had a very bad experience with zipker . We purchased one product ( kurti) from zipker around 10-12 days before and on receiving it we found the material of cloth is not good so raise a return request by email and also sent the picture of product as requested by zipker team . But after that there was no response from the team and we got a mail where our ticket for return request closed. We felt disappointed and again raised the ticket but we again got mail that your ticket is closed now . there is no number to contact and raise a complaint . We hav again raise a return request but answer we got from zipker team . Really disappointing and I think one of the worst online shopping experience . It not a matter of getting money back now I will ensure to take this on higher podium and will enclose this message on all your shopping pages .

Places an order for something, got an inferior quality cheap stuff. Never ever order from this website. They don't respond to emails and has provided a Number which is out of order ALWAYS. I wonder how such fraudulent websites still exist.

This is totally fake site you can check it's review on Google ap much complains. , guyz don't buy anything from this site. I spent 3000 rs oh not spent I wasted my mentioned rs. I ordered one lehnaga and a kurta from it. Firstly I got it after 20 days and nobody informed me about my parcel, nobody called me to pick it. I messaged them so many times then I got to know it was in post office. I collected it. Them guess what Kutti was dirty and insread of lehanga they delivered a simple plain black Georgette kurti. Now I have madea Return request. But don't know what going to happen.. Can't call because all numbers are switched off. Worst experience

Bought a saree paying 1800rs without doing background research unfortunately. They have sent a 200rs saree with a black external border attached, so probably total of 300rs worth daily wear. Have asked for the refund

and it's telling processing from 62 days. Have written them 10 mails. Haven't got any response. Now have sent them a legal notice and seems like they are not even bothered about that. Don't know how many such notices they have received. Order was placed in March 26th and till today my amount is not returned.

Seems like his game is over. They are not operating anymore. Sad to see after us also there are lots had lost their money.

July 13th I ordered one multi colour scarf worth 299rs. Today received a parcel from postman not any courier service. Am totally disappointed and shocked. Such a worst white colour cheap duppata in my hand. Then I called zipker cus care. Call not responding. Fake number also. I request you all please don't buy any product in this site. Totally cheating. Waste of money. Even not able to return.
