Zero B Suraksha Plus Water Purifier

I am using this water purifier in my office. I bought this water purifier from a showroom seven months ago. This water purifier is ease of use for me. I disappointed with this water purifier. One day, I found much black dirt particles on the water after it gets purified. I change the water at the same time and fill new water but water is not clean again. I call to customer care representative for servicing and a technician did not come to my home after one day. I went to the showroom and they made this water purifier in free of cost.

If you want to use this company water purifier please keep some point tin your mind.

I bought this purifier before my new one, this is only filter, means you can remove only dirty particls. It can not remove germs and bacteria.

After 5 months candle is chock with mud type worst. I decided to change this candle but I did not find new cortridge in market. I tried to contact customer care but I didn't get any response that side via email or telephonic.

Tollfree number is always busy. I don't recommand for it. I am using this filter like a water storage bucket with tap. Don't buy it.

Weather change brings lot of health problems. Pure and clean water helps to be hydrated and also healthy. My mother always said this line to all we siblings. When I came to Mumbai a new place, it was not easy settling. Drinking water is a very acute issue in our society. I decided to fix it by buying a water purifier but was confused which one. Next day we got it installed and since 10 months of daily use we are very happy with it. Customer care has also taken care of all the tiny issues we faced.

Just relaxing now as I am done with my search and booked a demo with ZeroB. I hope everything turns well. My family had to approve my search after the demo and it was not easy waiting. My younger brother said that they would like to install ZeroB Suraksha Plus Pro and that everyone has agreed to it. I was quite keen to know regarding installation but it rather was a swift action. We have been using it since 4 months and we had few issues which were solved by customer care.

I have been using this product for last 3 months since I have shifted to my new house, there is kind of renovation going on, so we needed a water filter which is easy to installed, clean, maintain and definitely comes something into a over budget.

When I got this suraksha plus info from my friend, I thought for temporary use it is good as the price is also cheap. after 3 months completions, I have fallen in the love with this product, no complaints, services are good, and more importantly it satisfy my all above mentioned demands.

I am your one of the Zero B Suraksha Plus customer. I am using Zero B since last couple of years. I have taken your product because one of my friend's recommended me to buy this product and he also said that your service is very well and up to the mark.

Now I am very satisfied with your product and the service provided by the company is also satisfactory. We are able to use it easily without any problem from the first day of use.

We have changed the battery couple of times between these years. The service people attended the issue within time. We recommend this product to our relatives and friends.

Hello everyone, I am a proud customer of Zero B, I bought Zero B Suraksha Plus and very happy with the product itself. It works really very fine and I still have not faced any problems related to the product.

My experience with Zero B is very good and I really do not know why there are so many complaints about the product.

It efficiently removes dust, bacterias and viruses from the water and makes it safe and pure for eveyone to drink. Very satisfied with Zero B suraksha and recommend it.

I purchased the Zero B Suraksha Plus Jumbo just yesterday. Filtration process does not work properly. The product has a warranty of 6 months but the service manager says that they do not provide any service for this product. I wonder what is the warranty for??

I hope someone can get an answer for this.

Zero B is simply cheating customers. I wish we can get in touch with the CEO to let him know what is going on in his organisation. How customers are getting duped by the sales and service departments.

One word for service: PATHETIC

One will die contacting them for spares but they will not provide

So in effect the Rs. 2000 which you spend purchasing the product will make the product work for only 3-6 months since if the candle is not proper there is no cleaning of water.

I have purchased Suraksha Plus some time back. I need a candle (refill) for the same. I have tried in local markets but the refill is not available. I have contacted their office multiple times over phone, email, but no body bothers to respond

Very poor customer service, so don't purchase it. I have purchased it. I want to change my candle and filter. I called the office but no from there.

We bought Zero B Suraksha Plus. The water's taste is very natural and its a very good product for water purifier. Its 4 Unique Stage Purification process gives pure and safe drinking water
