Zafraan, Malleshwaram, Bangalore

Food freak guys dont attempt to go Zafraan as you will be definitely upset while you leave it . Zafraan as the name is big the restaurant is also big but when I went one day with all tmy friends had one of the bad experience.

The restaurant is located in Orion mall banglaore near to Rajajinagar and Malleshwaram .The Ambiance was good but the food was not that good we ordered some gobi Manchurian it was not at all good and no crispiness and other main course which we ordered was also not that good quality as the restaurant is famous . I think its overall not according to the brand and the bill was also to much for a single 1 liter water bottle it was almost Rs 60 or 80 .And the tax was also around Rs 800/- for Rs 5000/- bill . So I can suggest you guys not to go for this restaurant

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. One of my friend took us out at dinner and I suggested this restaurant because of its proximity to our place.We were two couple with 2 small babies.When we reached, there was nobody to entertain us, somehow I found one waiter, if we can take a seat or any prior reservation required. We had to take a table next to kitchen and the strong spices smell from the kitchen made difficult for us to sit there. We called a guy from staff and asked if we our table can be shifted outside on terrace with other people there, on which he bluntly replied "No". We had to sit inside and we ordered some snacks and this guy came to take the order, he asked us to order main course also so that he can prepare it quickly. We asked him to get the snacks till we decide upon the main course. We got snacks in 15-20 minutes and that's the end of the dinner.

We waited another 30 minutes for somebody to take the main course order but nobody came even with repeated requests. Finally we went to this same guy (I think he was accountant also) told him that we are leaving and give us the bill. He replied very rudely to wait for the bill, instead of asking the reason of leaving the dinner half way.

We asked him to call manager first so that we can talk to him. He didn't call the manager then we asked other waiters, who called the manager from the kitchen. Manager was polite but seems incapble of doing anything. He just said sorry and we walked out.

After many months had really great food. I am a kabab lover and this place gave me the kababs I was looking out for. Guys you must try it. The kababs are so soft, juicy, tasty and just excellent. The masala was just perfect. I loved their biryani, the rice was well done and the chicken was so soft. The biryani was really aromatic.

I liked the keema muttar, the mutton was so so so nice. I loved the experience, I thanked the team for opening such a beautiful place in Kaggadaspura. I am lucky thank I don't have to go to Indiranagar anymore :) Try out guys you will love it as well.
