11.10.2021… I had an appointment fixed at Basweshwarnagar Bangalore YLG for a WAXING and HAIRCUT for my 9yrs son, .where we had a conversation in the ph@11am that both the services has to be done at 1pm. But when I went their, they say its been booked one following the other.as SUNIL is taken up another appointment at 1pm. How can they do all these kind of MESS all the time, with my appointments? I requested them that as I was going out of station, I can’t wait for 30-40 mins extra, can u hurry up and do my sons hair cut, but they disagree, when I asked if anybody else can do a haircut for my son, .then also they don"t accept!. apart from giving all these suggestion from my side, for me to save time, they expect me to wait and get done the service one after the other.Sunil who is in the center doesn't even have an interest in solving this, his client problems. Also Vinod manager is missing from center, if I call and ask for a answer for this mess.he is not able to sortout.
If you people can't give a good service then why do you have a manager, store and a dedicated boys hair sloonist. Sunil was attending a lady, any other salonist could have taken over to solve the issue, as SUNIL only the guy for boys haircut, why can't all these be done?.
Feeling very disgusted, .after being associated with YLG from past 12yrs, .is this what the service you give for a member?.we pay u advace money to avail the service at the right time when we want.if you can't do this.then why are u hiring such a staff?
This kind of mess is happening evey 4-5months once with me, ……. hope u are not serving the other the same way….As they wont have a proper cleaned areas and always all the products are in shortage, it’s a wate of time and money in YLG
