Ylg India Spa - JP Nagar 2nd Phase - Bangalore

Worst Mall in Bangalore. Housekeeping are worst specialy in Men's Restrooms 2nd Floor and today I got terrible experience in this Mall and one of housekeeping person behave roudly with me. Rest Rooms are getting bad smell and house keeping they will not bother about cleaning. Inside doors locking system not working properly and water not coming properly.

Have visited this branch for cleanup services and without even asking me they added some brightening mask which is inclusive the clean up services and they charge excessively twice higher than what they initially told me the price, when I asked they where convincing me to pay and I have availed the upper lip threading and they have added as Brazilian wax and when I told the same they refused both threading and wax cost the same price, I paid in addition extra 720 INR without even availing such services but I was forced to pay, this is really unacceptable from Team ylg, and this behaviour from your executives on misleading the price and charging additional would impact your brand and you will definitely loose your valuable customers,
