Yellow Call Taxi

In the month I was in hydrabad due to some work.I had to go in office which was approx 12 km from my room. I call the yellow call taxi for receive He said that I am coming within 10 minutes.but he was not came on time. I saw that their cab was not in good condition. The condition of sit was poor. Their sit was damaged( their nuts and bolts was loosed) .it was sunny day when I asked him to start the a.c.he said that you have to paid more money for a.c. I was surperised.He was not taking properly. He took more money for that ride. their behaviour was not good.I am unhappy with their cab service.

These people will just confirm your cab and in the last moment, they will make a call and will tell you its not available.MERU cabs too did indulge in such UNETHICAL practices after becoming famous and people stopped calling meru. you too will get the same fate of meru if u indulge in unethical practices. HOW DID YA CONFIRM IF CAB IS NOT AVAILABLES, ARE YOU BLIND OR BRAINLESSsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

I booked a Call taxi to travel from West Mambalam to Velacheri on 29 th Aug. The purpose of travel is to attend and grace a betrothal of a close relative.

Pick up time is evening 5.00 p.m or 17.00 hrs.Originally booked a big size but accepted even a small one like indico since they asked at 04.30 hrs.Booking confirmation number 365 bookedat 13.53 hrs.

But after that they kept quiet and for any calls from side simply they answered that the cab is on the way and even gave one driver number and when that driver was contacted he promptly informed that he did not get any such booking and he was at a far away place number 8190058077.

In the mean time I got a message thanking me for using their services and for  paying Rs.135 despite the fact that the cab not arrived to pick up us.I contacted  I got a message thanking me with taxi VID 690 AND MOB 9952019735.a COMPLAINT NUMBER 9940262628  was also given.

Nothing happened and we were waiting  and struck up until 05.45 p.m as no other conveyance were available for elderly and sick people.They never bothered about our plight and did not answer further.If government or NGOs can do some thing in this regard it will be great help to the society.The same thing occurred once with FAST TRACK for catching a train fortunately a close friend helped us in time otherwise we would have missed the train.
