Just a day before our housewarming we had our roof leaking in all the rooms. Though it was an unpleasant experience we let it go off thinking it happens, over a couple months they fixed the leakage. We are now here from past 3years our clubhouse is still not functioning. I have attached a pic for ref for the clubhouse roof condition. Out of blue now we have a influential politician getting a bull dozer in the society that the builder has promised him a road from within the society for his access. Why would anyone allow another resident to access into their premises? This so called influential person threatens people to allow him to encroach the society premises and the builder is least bothered. The society handover is yet to happen. With that name they had in the market i never thought I am investing money to just lose peace in life. Please don't buy any property from them, you will regret for sure.

Very bad experience with Yashada Developer. I bought a flat in the Lohegaon area from the builder. The construction quality is not good. The builder has an agreement with a local person to use the society's internal roads, which was hidden from the buyers. Now, that local person is threatening society members. It has become a headache for us.

There are others issues also that builder is not able to resolve. Builder not able to install electricity meter properly. Many of us getting 2 electricity bills.

This is the worst developer in PUNE. They act like they are doing favour in selling flats. The team is so unprofessional that they only want money and don't care about anything.

1) Sales Person makes lot of false promises. You will end up arguing and fighting with their CRM team for no solution as they will never listen to anything or solve anything and end up saying that this cannot be done or is not possible,

2) Nobody is clear about any legal details, even their advocate will treat you like you have asked him something illegal for a small correction,

3) The legal team don't know any English and don't care to put correct detail in the registration document. You will end up feel ashamed of being booked a flat with this group,

4) They will always try to delay things by giving excuses and will always try to defend buy pulling up things on customer and try to convince that customer has done something wrong,

5) They only want money and will never keep any promise,

6) Always threaten customers to pay money ASAP and will harass you if don't reply back to them, they will also give you false possession date to get complete amount early and never clear things in written,

7) Their team will never respond back in mail in a proper way which looks like their whole team don't know how to write a mail,

8) They will never call the customer for any update. They even don't care to check the documents they have sent to the customer. Even if you ask them to correct the document, they will never do it on time and you will end up calling them numerous times to get simple things done.

9) They will never co-operate with the customers as if they are doing favour in selling the property,

10) They will ask the customers to take loan from their guys, who will charge you higher amount so that their guys get good earning. But, if you don't, then they will make sure to make the customer has done something wrong by taking loan from other people in open market,

11) They will never reply back with the detail asked to them and will not care for any problem a customer might face. If you call them to ask something, they will try not to listen to you and make nonsense comments and delay things,

12) There is no escalation matrix and they will never give any contact number of higher authorities,

Please Buyers, don't go ahead with this developer as you will regret it for life time.

They have pathetic people in their team like Atul, Anil, Aniket, Vishal, Geetanjali. All looks like family members and you will not find any professionalism in the Real estate Market.

Looks like they were criminals who started up the business to make money and clean their image.

Would have given -ve rating if there was an option.

A Big NOOOOOOOOO for this real estate.

Waste of time and Money, Purchasing a flat in this society is waste of time and Money... I do not recommend anyone to buy your dream home from Yashada Group or Vivanta Life. This is the review from the project Vivanta Life Vedika.. staying 3 months in the flat I noticed that all the promised made by builder are false, they are just a money making machines... sell the flat and make the customer fool...after staying a flat made by builder I noticed that..

   Lots of issues in Flat which they do not even bother to resolve

   No Proper design of society.. they show you something and give you something.

   No time commitment from builder whatsoever ever you do

The top floor flats(so also the other floor flats) are full of rainwater leakages/seepages.

They attend and do some jugaad and ask to wait till next rainy season. The same story repeats in the next rain. So, they again do some repair work and the water seepage cycle continues.

Most surprisingly, the manager says that the repair work is warranted for just one year!

I have experienced very good service from this builder I know owner of this group very well. They have built very good projects in various locations. They have constructed good projects like Triose, Bluewoods, Splendid Square, Golden Palms, Vivanta Life Vibha, Vivanta Life Vishakha etc. and few more projects are under Constructionguru30. Yashada Realty is a highly reputed and trusted group. They are very professional and liable. We bought a flat at Green Estate, and they were very up to the mark regarding providing all the documents on time. We were very satisfied with their service, and they understand our value of money and time. I would request you to not believe this group at all. Never buy any property or home from this unethical and cheater group. If you still wanted to buy a property from this group, then make sure you verify all the papers first. Also make sure to get all the verbal commitments mentioned in the agreement.

This cheater group have a master plan to cheat their customers. Before agreement, they will make big verbal promises with the group via their sales team. But they will deny to mention all these promises in the agreement citing some reason. Once, all flats are sold out, they will declare that their sales person has cheated and is absconding. Once you update them that about the false commitments that were made by sales team, suddenly group/ builder comes forward and declare that nothing can be done about the false commitments that were made by the sales team, sorry we are not responsible for that. This is reality and happened at their project Green Spirit.

This group is not at all liable to be in the construction business. Shame on Yashada Realty Group.

We had booked flat in Green Spirit project in Mar 2016. We had paid token money and also handed over cheque of Rs. 5 Lac for the booking.

We did not know that we were dealing with most untrustworthy person Mr. Girish Binyani (Do not trust this guy on his words). We were assured that we will get an allotment letter and receipt in couple of days.

The weeks passed but we did not hear anything back. We visited Green Spirit office almost 10 times and every time there was new reason like builder went to USA, there is some police case he is busy with, agreements are going on etc etc. 3 Months passed but still no letter/receipt was given.

Finally we decided to meet Yashada buider. When went there, they said the flat we booked is already booked and they can not do anything for that. They asked us to check for flat in any other their existing projects which were highly priced which we couldn't afford.I feel that they have sold same flat to some other customer on receiving better rate.

At the time of booking I had finalised 2-3 other properties and had good deals. With 3 months hanging by the Yashada builder we lost all deals and now again searching for new property.DO NOT GO FOR THIS BUILDER, THEY DON'T VALUE CUSTOMERS! THEY MEAN MONEY!

I had bought a Flat from Yashada Group and received a Very Good Support & Service from the All team members. Their construction quality is superb you cannot even compare with any other competitor. You can easily trust on this Group. I have referred to many of my friends and they also bought flats from Yashada Realty Group.
