I’ve contacted their customer support multiple times and have not received a satisfactory response. The tracking information has been stuck at the same status for days, and I’ve been left without updates. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend XpressBees based on my experience."

This delivery people from Xpressbees courier are horrible.. pathetic experience. I am waiting for my parcel from last 15 days everytime the courier guy is incorrectly marking as owners have requested to reschedule the delivery date , whereas we havent asked anything like that infact we are eagerly waiting for the parcel but everytime this courier guys are taking a online request of getting the parcel delivered to a next date but that never happens.

I have ordered product from Meesho. The tracking order ID#SF1443256678FPL which was never delivered to me and they never called me. I had raised multiple complaints on delivery guy through meesho and on their feedback form still they kept on rescheduling the order and finally didn't deliver the order. There was another return pick up order with tracking ID as R990365207FPL which was also cancelled by delivery agent by updating incorrect status. I have to keep following up with meesho to inform them about the behaviour of delivery guys working for shadowfax. They have the worst management. No one picks up the call from customer care and all their WhatsApp messages are automated with no resolution to customers. Apparently the same return pick up order with AWB234094151896487 was scheduled today for pickup and this time they assigned some other delivery guy and he also updated incorrect status that I was not available to pick up the order. The delivery agent never called me and I was at home waiting for weeks. If possible please close this xpressbees company as it is causing too much of inconvenience.

I did not receive any call, no delivery attempted, for past 4 days am receiving out of delivery message in the morning, later delivery failed message stating that i refused to accept the order or share OTP. There is no contact number of the delivery guy in the message, oly useless Xpressbee customer care number, completely useless, they just ask AWS number and say they will register complaint regarding the issue or they give pathetic reason, that to each executive give different answers and reason every time you call, and finally on today same thing happened and my courier got completely cancelled and refund mail came from seller.

The Xpressbees delivery partner is worst. Don't send any products through this. They mention it as wrong address whenever they don't deliver the product. They keep the product for more than 10 days with them.

I had a worst experience with xpressbees.They didn't delivered the said product though I got notified by whatsapp message.When I call them to know the reason they said It would definitely delivered the next day early morning but again not delivered.After calling them I got to know that they returned my item back.How could they do that without informing me and raising a false that they could not reach to the door step delivery.Very bad behaviour of that agent.

A very bad service from xpressbees.


It took one month to deliverd the parcel and now for return the parcel the agent are denied the pick up twice. He is just 500 mtr away from me, i am calling since morning and explain my schedule, waiting for him 5 to 6hrs he didn't come. He ask me to come his location which is marol military road,


I visited personally and i called him, again he denied saying mai nahi aunga kal aunga and hung up


Pathetic service they don't know time management and time value

Worst service ever bad attitude by delivery boy

My seller has booked courier from Punjab to my place in Tamilnadu.


It almost took 12 days and then when courier reached my place, local delivery boy called and asked otp. I refused to provide until the delivery is made. He was rude and just told me to come and collect at his location as the person covering my area is on leave. When I told him I can’t come, he marked in app that receiver was delivery at a later date. This courier was real urgent to me. I called their call centre they just were not concerned and told me that they will arrange delivery for next day. Now they have marked as I refused parcel.

I booked 2 parcels by XPRESSBEES BHUSAWAL (Kiran 775786xxxx) on 13 Apr 2024, they are expected to be delivered by 18 and 20 Apr 2024 but not delivered .


They receive the Parcel by 18 Apr 2024 SAFELY. Even after one month the parcel is not delivered and there ground staff mark them Damage.


I approach their State Head Mr Vrushabh Galagategar 702151xxxx but he said I have nothing to do with it, then I approach their Regional Head Mr Taraknath 967452xxxx he said will check and inform you.


Then I mail them on 26 Apr 2024, no reply from them.


Then Mr Vinod Rathod (Executive Channel Management) mail all above on 11 May 2024 but no reply


I again mail above all on 13 May 2024 but No Reply


I again mail them 16 May 2024 but still No Reply.


Then I approach Mr Jery 775786xxxx Customer Service Head , but till today I did not receive my Refund on Damage Products and Shipping Fees.


One Parcel is of Rs 5000 and Another is of Rs 8000 Total Rs 13000 and shipping Fees Rs 604.20 and Rs 731.60.

Xpressbess surface courier they don't deserve one star also they are usless fellow they never deliver your shipment even coustomer care also very useless and the delivery boy are also too. They telling me that without OTP I will cancel your parcel because I don't want to deliver xpressbess parcel. So thik how bloody usless garbage the delivery boy is even in prepaid shipment they don't deliver my awb num : 141123437394915 and it's a prepaid coustomer also cannot help you


So last thing never ever relly on xpressbess surface this garbage. don't take service by this garbage courier team for sending and receiving oneplace to another try any other reputed courier company

Absolutely terrible experience with Xpressbees. They have repeatedly failed to deliver my goods on time and keep postponing the delivery without any notification or communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, they seem completely disinterested in resolving the issue or providing any updates. If you value timely and reliable service, steer clear of Xpressbees. Their lack of professionalism and customer care is beyond frustrating.

One of the worst company i have seen. I have paid a money and they keep us to wait more than 12 days from that commitment date and still the product was not delivered.


We kindly request you not to cheat the customers. if you don't have enough stuff then atleast inform customer instead of keep waiting.

I ordered wall mirror from wakefit axis mall store which I paid in full. They scheduled delivery from xpressbees on 19th july. As it was a birthday gift the date was important. However on 19 thjuly out for delivery message was sent yet no delivery agent contacted me. At night another message came that said that for customer requesting later delivery the item was not delivered. Thos same thing was repeated on 20th july too, and again today 21st july. How can a trusted company like wakefit have such a pathetic courier like xpressbees as logistic partner? I strongly suspect the shipment
