This restaurant overcharges their customers by fooling them and saying that they import the ingredients, but that is not the case. Do not like this place at all.

YOUR RATING ON
This restaurant made me feel really special when they got to know that it is my birthday. They cut a cake for me and dropped roses all around. It was really sweet of them. Their food is also good.

Woodside Inn, Colaba, Mumbai has a classy, old-school vibe to it and is a place that serves heavenly food as well, so it is a great place to go with your family.
The best place to be at when you are too late for lunch and little early for dinner.the alfresco area is always buzzing with good people and good music .you feel Goa in the busy city of Mumbai.
Was famished when walked inside this place, the spicy sriracha sauce was a little too hot foe me but nevertheless the taste was awesome.
My friend has chosen the fluffy egg with mini spinach and olives from the breakfast menu.it was way more bland than he expected and hence had to take portion of my food to add his taste experience. the baked chocoholic yogurt with raspberry compote is not something one should order there.its taste stale and not up to the mark. Battered onion rings were as good as they are supposed to be, better place to enjy burger and beer great vibes.great service.
My friend suggested that we go out and one of them came up with the Woodside Inn. Initially I was not very keen as lately a lot of hyped places have been very disappointing in terms of food and service. But I went along with the plan. The woodside inn is a perfect place and food for a relaxing evening.
As I stepped inside I felt the place had certain warmth about it. It can be attributed to the structure itself, the decor and colours or the staff who are very pleasant and friendly. We ordered Pan Seared Basa with Fresh Ginger and Black Pepper Reduction, Asparagus and Olive Mash: The fish was good and tasted like fish. There was no Asparagus, Olives and Ginger. We were too hungry to send the dish back so enjoyed what we got. No complaints about what we were served. Next time I am hoping I will get to taste my order.
The drinks were served well and were good. The drinks were accompanied by salty snack, which was also a good change from the usual peanuts and papad that most of the bars serve. All in all it was an evening well spent.
Woodside Inn is a great hangout point to chill with friends in Colaba, especially in the evenings. You will find some of the tastiest burgers and steaks out here. This food joint is bang-on opposite the famous Regal theatre. So, you can just hop in over here after a late night or evening movie.
Woodside Inn is open until late in the night, and it is one of the suggested place to take your partner for a romantic dinner date. You will find the perfect ambience, rose, and candle light as well. It is a peaceful place with slow music and is really hep. I love the crowd that walks in here.
Budget is a little high. Service as well as staff is fantastically quick. There are other items on the menu. Whatever is served is fresh and yum and tastes absolutely delightful. Also the manner in which the food is served is very innovative and royal. You must try Woodside Inn.
A friend of mine introduced me to Woodside Inn almost a year ago. We were in town for the Kala Ghoda Fest and everywhere else was full. So my friend suggested, we hit Woodside Inn. The restaurant was full so waited at the bar which was that bad. As soon as we got out drinks, a waiter told us that the table was ready.
The restaurant is quite tiny but it is done up pretty well complete with wooden furniture. They have maintained the place pretty well. My friend suggested with call for Chicken and Beef Burgers and pledged that they were the best in the city. We also called for some seafood appetizers along with some white wine.
When the food arrived I was pretty impressed. The burgers looked yummy and I dug in. The beef burger, indeed was the best I ever had. The Chicken burger was pretty good too. Although the restaurant is slightly expensive, I would recommend it to all Burger junkies. Mc Donalds and KFC have ruined the reputation of burgers in India. If you want a taste of the Real American Burger drop by at Woodside Inn
Last year I went to the kala ghoda fest in colaba with my friends. After which we were hunting a place to hog and decided to go to woodside inn. A friend had been there before and said they served good food. As the name suggests, the interiors were completely done up in wood. It was a small place with a bar in the right hand side and tables on the left. They had some sitting arrangements on the first floor as well.
We were 5 of us and had to wait 15-20 mins to get a table. While waiting for the table we decided to start with a round of beer at the bar. We were soon guided to an L shaped table and continued our beer with fish and chips, crispy french fries served in a basket and nachos. For the main course we ordered chicken buger which was served on a wooden plank with a salad, green sauce and french fries. It look like a plate well put together.
The place is expensive but serves good food.

I always wonder how people convert an empty space into such beautiful looking restaurants where people can come, unwind and forget all their stress and tension.
I always think about this when I am at Woodside Inn in Colaba and how spacious and beautiful the restaurant is.I love hanging out with friends here and we all have our special favorites that we swear by. Oh, did I talk about the gigantic and awesome looking bar?
This has to be the best designed bar that I have ever seen with bottles stacked up in an amazing manner. Coming to the food and drinks, of course it serves some amazing liquor, Cocktails and Mocktails.
Thee food too is good, with dishes like Potato Skins with Wasabi Mayo, Lemon Thyme Chicken Canopies, Four Cheese Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza and more finding space on the menu.
There is no dearth of good food and drinks here so if you are a foodie and love gobbling down your food along with yummy drinks, then do pay a visit to Woodside Inn.
A couple weeks back stumbled into woodside inn at colaba. it was one of the stopovers of a nice long friday evening planned out with friends. The ambience was very relaxing, the decor to match an English country side pub. Located strategically just at the beginning of colaba that you dont really need to go further down to look for anything better. The restaurant cum pub is divided into two floors, the bar opens just as you enter with some soothing english rock playing in the background (you dont get to hear such good music very often). The house serves a lot if the popular alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Its a very good place to try out some of the draught beers for those of you who like to experiment with drinks. My personal favorite was the diaquirry and the gimlet. Although the menu may seem quite limited it is refreshing debarred of the standard stuff. Staff recommendations in our case turned out to be multi repeat orders with the 'Sariska Chicken' and the 'Grilled Rawas' being very popular.
A host of pastas and salads along with veggie starters like 'stuffed mushrooms'. For those of you who indulge in continental food will get to have a slight taste of it here. The interiors of the place are adorned with pictures of old mumbai decorating the walls. Some of these are for sale as well. The desserts are good with cheese cakes and some dark temptation pastries. Also on the list of specials for the day was the Baileys cold coffee with Baileys Irish cream delight and a dollop of ice cream - a perfect closure for the day.
All in all the 3 hours spent were all value for money and time and place. Definitely recommended for everyone who likes a small but cozy joint. The only hindrance could be the space as it could get pretty crowded at peak times and for those of you who like to be connected all the time the house serves free WI-FI.
Have been to Woodside Inn thrice and I have loved the place every single time. This small and quaint restaurant is tucked away just opposite Regal Cinema at Colaba. The food is good and the service excellent. There is a bar section below and a seated section upstairs. Make sure you get there early because its so small that its unlikely you will get a table. I’m not too sure if they accept reservations.
The typical crowd is young and there is a regular supply of the ex-pats who come in with their laptops to do a bit of work. Although I always went there for a drink I did like the food as well. The starters were not that great but the pizza is excellent.A value for money place I would highly recommend. Although avoid the Mojitos they were way too sweet.
But try the coffee, not too bad at all!
