Had a very bad experience with Woodland products and customer service. Once you make a purchase, they never respond to your concerns, and their no-return policy makes things even worse. Disappointed!

I bought this shoe in January from Woodland, Connaught Place, and within 4 months of purchase itself, the shoe’s sole started to tear off, and now it is neither waterproof nor in any condition of use. Within just a short span, the shoe is in a spoiled condition and upon visiting the Woodland Store in Cannaught Place, they refused to repair or replace the shoe. This show is of the worst quality I have ever seen and the customer service is even worse! They don’t listen to you and REFUSE TO REPAIR or even replace the shoe. DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM WOODLAND. TERRIBLE SHOE QUALITY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received regarding my recent order. On last week of march, I ordered a belt from your website, but upon receiving it on April 12th, I found that it was the wrong item.
Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service team via phone and email, I encountered significant difficulty in reaching a resolution. It took number of days for my return request to be acknowledged, and even after confirmation, I have yet to receive my refund back as of today, May 31st.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer. I urge you to improve your communication channels and expedite the refund process for future customers.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service provided by Woodland's online store. It has been 15 days since I placed my order, and yet my order has not been dispatched. I have been informed about a supposed technical issue, but as an IT professional myself, I find it hard to believe that such an issue could remain unresolved for this long.
After waiting patiently for 15 days, I have decided to cancel my order. However, I encountered another issue when attempting to do so – my user details and order information are not showing up on the portal. This is unacceptable.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of my payment of 3995 INR, as I no longer have confidence in Woodland's ability to provide satisfactory service. My order number is OR-3199277.
I urge you to prioritize resolving this matter promptly and refunding my money without any further delay.
Avoid at any cost.
I raised a return request for a product within half n hour of receiving it and it takes them 2 weeks to process it.

The customer service is pathetic
I have ordered shoes from woodland and as mentioned in the website's return policy that we have to write to them via mail incase of any issue. I have been writing them since last 7 days but not yet received any response. Even I tried to call on customer care , no one has received the call. I have issue with size of shoes, now I can't do anything with that shoes as I am neither able to wear the shoes nor able to return.
Too much disappointed
The company doesn't have any customer service department. If you have any issue with the items there is no one to listen. The store managers behaviour is very rude.

I had purchased sandals on 23 june 2023, the product received was small in size, with great difficulty the reverse pickup was done and as requested by customer care mail was sent with documents attached along with bank details for reversal of payment, filled the form for bank details as well, till date i havnot received any refund . It’s really heart breaking, never try to buy their products online.

I had ordered a pair of men's sneaker (order ID OR-3065048) which happened to be uncomfortable and wanted to return it. There had been no proper response to my email neither the customer care number gets connected even after several hours of try.
Woodland which used to be one of the top brand has gone to the dogs.

I purchased a pair of slippers through Woodland’s official store website and the product which I received was not the one which I ordered. I contacted the customer care and asked for a reverse pick up of the order. It’s been 10 days already , but still now they haven’t arranged for it. When I read the comments here, I found that many have faced a similar issue. I have been using woodland products for the past 10 years and I never knew such reputed company would indulge in fraudulent activities. Pathetic customer service! Kindly don’t buy anything from their online store (Aero club-Woodland).
Hey guys. Never buy woodland shoes. Earlier it was good. Nowadays the quality is horrible. Last year my wife gifted me a pair of brown woodland shoes. The neutral colour cream polish also i bought from same woodland showroom at City Centre II, Kolkata. Both the genuine leather shoe and polish were quite expensive.
From the first polish itself the brown colour started coming out. It was shocking. Second polish also same result. I reduced the frequency of polishing. Meanwhile just after 3 to 4 times use, there appeared severe and ugly creases on the left pair.
In the last one and half year I wore it 5 to 6 times only and polished it equal number of times. The shoe now looks so haggard that i have stopped wearing it.
Much cheaper shoes from unknown brands lasts much longer with beautiful shine. It is not an elegant looking brown leather shoe anymore. Black patches are visible alongside brown. The brown colour is faded totally coupled with ugly deep creases. It looks like 10 years old. In daylight you can't lookat it. It looks so ugly.
I approached the customer care for a replacement. They said it is normal wear and tear and nothing can be done.
Please be very careful about woodland shoes. There showrooms are also reducing day by day.
I used to wear woodland shoes some 10- 15 yrs back, that time shoes were superb - quality wise, design and durability, but now when I see them, they look degraded - designs are not what they used to be!
The woodland very low quality of shoes in their store the shoes I got is such a bad quality and the customer care service is also very poor. Do not buy any from woodland. They are not saling a good quality of shoes according to me. Please friends ???? don't buy the shoes from woodland. Instead you can buy shoes from near shops they can give you a good quality of shoes.
Customer service is very poor. Talking behaviour of staff is not good. I wanted to return my old shoe and purchase new one but due to bad behaviour of staff I came back.
