Its truly pathetic to have such a wondeful product, endorsed by the celebrity chef appears to be of very CHEAP build quality.
equally CHEAP IS THE CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT.
purchased this wonderful product from Flipkart on 12May 2018.
was so impressed with its efficacy I bought 2 more and gifted them to friends.
on July 16, the handle broke.
I promptly called up the support and as I had registered the product and it has 1 year Warranty ( totally ambigous) assuming that the company will replace. but I was audaciously reminded that the handle is covered in warranty. I was told to buy it fo ₹300/-( actual product cost I paid was ₹939/-. imagine 30% for handle replacement, its the manufacturing defect. cheap quality of plastic used.
I felt Cheated snd continued to use it.
to my utter dismay in August the handle that holds the bowl broke.
the customer care doesnt pick up the phone.
flipkart redused to entertain and reverted me to wonderchef customer care.
This is due to substandard quality of plastic used for such a wonderful product.
being a Gourmet Chef I understand the efficiency of the product.
Hope Chef Sanjeev Kapoor can explain why?
