This company is so bad they claim they teach childrens on how to code but the reality was the teacher give pre-made code to children they just do copy paste as instructed by the teachers ultimately they are able to develop an app or website but they just learned to use CTRL+ C and CTRL+ V and parents were in the illusion that their child is making apps one of my neighbour one day came at my house with soan papdi in hand saying "My child is a tech genius he created an app at this young age" in my mind I was thinking please uncle just let him enjoy his childhood.

They are so bad that even some teachers there are not qualified to teach instead they need to be taught but for thing I appreciate them and they are very very good at it that is fake marketing they are so good at it that it raised their company valuation in millions.

Never imagined to get such a bad experienced with Whitehat Jr!

After paying Rs 100, 000 for online coding class for my daughter, she has been provided with only 10 classes. It has been 5 months since we got her enrolled.

the sales manager Shatrup Bhattacharya now does not pick the call. Emails remain unanswered.

I enrolled my daughter for coding classes and paid a huge amount of Rs.1, 20000 and she took few classes and after that the teacher stopped taking classes and informed that she hasn't been paid salary since 6 months so she won't continue further. We tried to contact everyone from marketing to support team but every one says they have left as they were not paid so now no one responds and after mailing them every day there is no response from any of the emails given. They are fraud and they don't take any classes and don't response after taking money. Please don't PAY any fees parents and don't enroll your children.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS ITS HARD EARNED MONEY OF PARENTS.

It has been 2 months since last class happened, Teachers are not getting paid so they are not taking the classes.

Support team not responding to the mails ( may be they are also not getting paid). and after 1 month automatically they are deducting the credits even though no classes happens.

There are no contact numbers to reach. Person who interacted during the sale is not responding / they say I have moved out of the company.

How to proceed legally to get the refund....

Since my daughter was interested in coding we had enrolled her for one level up classes for a long term. Suddenly there were many teachers change , app glitch etc and she lost her interest. Since they have a refund policy we thought they are professional but I get inky calls to enroll for music and maths but they are sitting quietly without releasing the refund amount which is not small. Request the management to look into it and not let the break the trust of so many parents by keeping such huge amounts and vanishing in the air

I have very bad experience and I strongly suggest you all please don't waste money and time

These are lutera gang they trapped poor people they give education loan with big promises and after that you have to pay all money without taking any classes and after that they delete your account no response no reply really if they renuied future of my child their children also not successful.

Please help me ??

Unfortunately you don't get what has been sold to you. The team says they would refund the money if the classes don't work for you - "No Questions Asked" - but in reality that's not the case at all. Very very poor support team, who never respond, after repeated follow ups as well.

The coding platform is often down, the kids are unable to do any of the assignments on time. And overall no promises kept. Enroll at your own risk.

I had enrolled my child for coding classes, at the time of enrol they told whenever I want I can stop the class and they will stop the EMI but after so many requests they had calculated the the number of classes done and refund amount and promised to stop the EMI but after that also they are deducting EMI every month , there is no. contact number to talk and email no reply.

Whitehat jr along with its Partner Grayquest is into fraudulently deducting money even after discontinuation of classes. Rs 80000 approx is the amount which is stuck with them and they are not refunding, Whitehat is neither responding the mail nor refunding since last 5 months . Complaining in consumer forum has also not resulted in any solution.

Please let everybody know the reality of Whitehat.

You will get good training here but how they promised you that they will give refund if you wants to stop ur course anytimethey not work on that properly .I admitted my daughter for guitar I found my daughteris not interested so that's why I told them tostop my EMI and course they stop course bit then also from last 6 monthI am payingemi

Unnecessarily they r fraud still they not stop emi and even not refunded my money I am continuously in contact with them through mail but they are only saying that refund is initiated but still today I didn't get it

WhiteHat jr. Is actually a SCAM .. we are also stuck . They took 2 ye. Contract with us , and promised us that we can cancel the subscription as and whenever we want, they will refund the money.. it's been 7 months they are deducting money from account and not refunding anything . Really need help for that.. don't know what to do. I complained in consumer forum too.. but no response. Beware before singing up

Such nasty and pathetic service. I am following up for my refund from past April and the escalation team and BU heads and Finance team are such an idiots they are least bit bothered about themself and companies reputation .I have lost my job and I am unable to continue the course I just took one class for my son and they Charing me 3000+ rupees though I agreed to pay but they are still in process of refunding money. Some idiotic team informed me in October in November they refund.but it's December still I have not received my money. If they are bankrupt they atleast should say that they are using my money ol for there survival but there is no update on anything. Please it's request to all the parents never ever get classes from such ethicless company where they don't understand the situation of hard earned money and satisfaction of customers. They are least bothered about reputation of company and there Goodwill such ruthless company.

I have been taking WhiteHat jr classes for 3 years, and every single class has been very interesting. My teacher has made every one of my classes special for me and I have become pretty good at coding. She explains me everything with a lot of enthusiasm and is very patient with me when I make any mistakes.

I recommend any person who wants to learn coding but has no prior experience WhiteHat jr. It is a great experience!

This is coming from someone with 113 classes and it's very bad it's pre made by actual programmers and it's fake scratch but worse and scratch is free we can't use the "knowledge" that they give us outside thunkable, code.org etc and are asking 1 lakh more for a upgrade to learn more fake coding. WORD OF ADVICE ITS HORSE POOP DONT TSKE THERE CLASSES

Even after informed in advance, the not refund amount. Big corporate cheater. Visit their representative at home and gets all financial online approval done in advance prior to a month. If we denied to join the class, then also sends certificate for doing class and passed with 50% marks.

Do not enroll your child in such fraud coding institute. This type of approach towards customer have lost the trust and goodwill of th institute. I have informed everyone not to get admission in white hat jr.

This is regarding bullying the parents and breaching their trust and snatching away the hard earned money of the parents by giving lucrative offers.

I am a current victim of their lucrative offer.

An Executive named Akshay Mob: 887996xxxx currently he doesn't pick up our call.

this fraud went like this: he offered us the course at 50k, when I paid through my C.card, 50k got deducted but got the msg from bank of 41k & something above. now when I am opting out from the course the fraudsters are not willing to pay the interest amount which C.card company charged me on behalf of Whitehat, as they had a tie-up with the C, card co to provide us interest free loan. now their dialogues have changed to "we have given discount of Interest which is to b charged us from the Bank C.card".

its very simple that if I don't want your course so do the discount also doesn't apply.

Such a jerk is "Whitehat" which we have got in out society, who doesn't care while pickpocketing the people.

No quality teachers now . when it began teachers were good but how they are like trainees dont know anything. Just read and teach bad if u ask questions no I dont know.

U can not reach at any cost for any grievance come what may

Will change teacher at last minute without notice and u can not do anything

No refund forget about it. I asked fora refund for my remaining classes . they said after numerous mails they will refund 30000 rs but after 6 months and 100 mails I am still waiting.

Suggest me what to do.
