I bought this machine and I suffered many problems within the first year of use itself. Later on the service support was quoting very high price for repair. The service support was asking me to buy a contract for annual maintenance at a very very high price. Now I had to discord the product. Not worth keeping it.

Never buy this Whirlpool any product. Bad Service & No repair parts available. Very very Bad experience. Never ever buy Whirpool product. I purchase washing machine. They are saying in the market no repair are available
I have 9.5 kg variant. At times it shakes violently. Service engineers are pathetic to deal with as they listen to your complaint if they're not able to replicate it. I'll give it a Zero Star.

Soon after the warranty period the control board failed . the replaced one too failed after its warranty period of 6 months or so. thus I replaced the board 3 times now each time spending about rs 4k
Purchased this model from Reliance Digital, bangalore, on the sales guy praising the performance so much. Purchased 0n 15/5/2017 and it did not work even for 2 Started getting problems from the beginning of 2020. First issue started with the water inlet issue. The GREAT sales guy from Whirlpool, MR. SHASHIKUMAR came and charged bomb of 10, 000 and advised to use SCALEGON . water issue got fixed. We took care of the machine as he advised. Again after 2 months having issue with the spin. Its stopped working. I NO MORE BELIEVE THE WHIRLPOOL SERVICE and my personal opinion is they are worst with their after sale service. We approached the Reliance service centre and they are analysing the defect and says its a major issue. They had to take the drum to the service centre and after 3 weeks we got it back. Now the machine makes sound like a flour mill. I have used IFB front load for almost 13 years and never saw issues at all. This is the worst and biggest mistake buying a WHIRLPOOL machine. PErsonally a BIG NO for this product.
I paid 21K for this machine and already spent close to 16K for repair and service in 2 years . wow
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't even hesitate to use the word "service" as it doesn't exist. I hired an engineer online but he didn't show up. When I requested this online, the reference number that was sent in the confirmation email was not recognized. Unable to reach by phone or chat with anyone. I called the main head office number and was told I needed to keep trying. I earn my living, I don't have time to spend all day on phone calls trying to find an answer to a simple question.
For 20 years, I have trusted Whirlpool washers. In my lifetime, I just had to buy two and I didn't let myself down. As it is a brand that I can trust, I will always buy Whirlpool. For my family, features and reliability are critical. Whirlpool's got it!
I had purchased a whirlpool automatic washing machine'stainwash ultra N62 wine 10 Ymw 31320' on 24.10.2018 vide invoice No K45/G/1819/1758 for Rs. 14800.00 fromK-45 lajpat Nagar Aarco One store.
From day one I am having problems with this machine as it tears off the clothes I put in the machine for washing. My 4-5 bedsheets have got torn and even daily use clothes have been torn. So much so that I am scared to wash clothes in the machine . I have to wash clothes by hand even after spending Rs.15000.00
The Whirlpool Company is not willing to replace the defective machine. After two years of rigorous followup they changed the TSP. But even now the Machine tears the clothes. When I pointed this to them they refused to accept that the bedsheet is torn by the machine. I am still washing the clothes by hand.
The machine delivered to me is defective since the very beginning. I am not able to use it. I have been requesting them to refund my money or replace the defective machine with a new machine.
The Co. is not willing to refund the amount and says that it is not under the market norms. But they can supply a defective machine to the customer- that is very much under the market norms.
I was wondering, for a 3year old model, they could have changed the bearing alone, instead of the entire assembly.
After 6 month of purchase , It started hanging and rotor not rotate but time keeps on elapsing.
Service center response was very quick and next day technician from magic tech.dwarka, visited to attend the complaint.technician just operated and declared that it's gear assembly is damaged and needs replacement.Asking RS.2500/- for the charges even though machine is under warranty.on asking why, he replied that gears damaged due to over load of clothes and plastic parts are not covered under warranty.he given service report.I report telephonic to service center and they confirmed that charges are genuine.I wrote email complaint to their service head and even sent reminders but got no response.
I again raised complaint to their service center and some other service tech.came.
He opened and inspected the m/c and found that breaks are applied due to some rusting.
He applied some grease on brakes/bear and gone.Now m/c is working fine from last 1 month
Its panel getting damaged frequently, waste of money almost every year. Mechanic gives bizarre excuses each time.
I bought agitronics from whirlpool in 2014 and worked well for 22 months. Then there was a bearing which was repaired withong waiting period of 15 days. Luckily it was in warranty of 2 years. Then again in 2019 December there was lot of noise, local repair guy told this is very common in whirlpool and got it readied. Now its gone crazy seems like bearing is gone.. So I strictly suggest u not to buy whirlpool top loading washing machines...
We bought a second whirlpool washing machine becauee we were happy with the first one. But within two months, the machine stopped working. It would get stuck at a certain time and not move forward. Raised issues with the very bad customer service , and they took 6 months to replace the machine. Guess what, the second one has other problems of its own. Don't ever buy one
Several times PCB repair. I spent more than 50% worth of this machine. Still problem. I changed 3 PCBs. again and again different, different problems coming.
We purchased this product 3 years back thinking its one time investment but we were wrong. After few months only the washing machine started asking for regular maintenance and each authorized maintenance costed us thousands of rupees with the agent always selling something new that is not covered in warranty. As soon as the product warranty ended the agent convinced us to buy extended warrant for 5k for he will get product replaced. But that was just false hope as the agent is just selling to gain commissions.
So in three years of buying such costly product, it sits there completely rusted and useless.
I have purchased this washing machine and I am using it from 6 months. This washing machines is totally waste of money there is no any benefit of this washing machine because of many reasons such as it does not work properly and make many sounds while working. This washing machine uses many electricity. And it's cost of purchase and repair is also very high. It is only a waste of power and electricity. The customer services of this machine is also very poor. So from my choice we should use this washing machine.
I used to think it wasn't the most useful device that just took up space. But now I've changed my mind, because it turns out it provides comfort and reduces the time spent on household chores. And it's just a necessity for a person who works hard.

Really this is really annoying!!! Almost 4 months waited , the concern raised fortnight of Feb month before the covid existence.
It is very bad product for me ever. Not clean cloths very well and nothing announce at coustmer care office. very expencive product and ruined my money. When we wash our cloths its start bubbling and makes so many noise. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Its very bad to use and I am not satisfied after washing in this machine. its taking more time to become hygien and we need to wash many times in a raw. since we bought the machine repaired two times which shows the uncapability of this machine.
