I feel this review is:
The product is good. However, the service quality is really bad. I had raised a ticket(Ticket # BAN21112469354) on 21-Nov-2024 and had done multiple follow-ups with the support team to have this ticket assigned to a service engineer. I have an active AMC for this product and despite that it took multiple follow-ups to get the job done. The issue was finally fixed on 24-Nov-2024 after I followed up with the technician who got my AMC done earlier.

I got bad experience with whirpool washing machine . I purchased it from flipkart I got a damaged product again I replaced again got a damaged product I Report it but no response get from whirpool customer care and nobody contacted so decided to use the product so we contacted them for installation but nobody came for installation
I hope this is the very worst company in the world , the machine was delivered 4 days back and noone came for installation. The response of the technician was very rough and don't have any respect

The demo person was expert. He unboxed the machine and took it to the desired place. All along he explained features of this machine. When he started the machine, it failed to function. He investigated what was wrong, came to the conclusion that it was issue with the motor. Surprisingly, company offers 10 years warranty on it and it did not work on its first time.
Then and there decided to return it. And the process is still continuing.
I purchased a fully automatic washing machine online. The service provider visited a month ago nd promised to replace the part within 2 wks. It has been more than one and half month with no resolution. They keep on postponing. On escalation with the service provider she says she can't my purchase record though I have the job sheet provided by them . Whirlpool customer service is simply pathetic. They don't have any escalation flow and keep directing to the service provider.
Whirlpool service is third class, no staff support and washing machine complaint is not resolved since 2 months, no brand person visited after complaint and complaint is not resolved.
No proper service support by Service Team

Just 15 days ago we have purchased a washing machine fully automatic machine from croma but now it's geyser not working . We have asked many times about machine but no reply had came and now it is a waste .
Service is horrible.I'm not satisfied with the results.I'll not recommend anyone to but this useless and non quality product just ....
Horrible service by the technician .. no commit ment and charges of service bis way high compared bto other vendors. Service cost is a liability .Useless service and cost is unjustified

Purchased Whirlpool Washing machine front loading 7 kg (XS7012BYS-33010) 3 months before but rubber got damaged because of quality issue and not using proper quality rubber, since rubber is not cover under warranty unnecessary we have to pay 4000/-.... This is business strategy of making money.....Also not providing the proper escalation matrix and customer service kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes but end result was ZERO. Is this called customer service????
WhirlpoolTop loading fully automotic washing machine is the waste ofcustomer's money. Servicing is even worse. After spending around 4000 rupees on tub cleaning, the tub lost its balance . Now the GA Electronics recommemfed to change the washing drum and the customer is supposrd to bear the cost. The service centre never accept their fault. A useless product that is only a headache for thecustomer
Since I have bought the machine from the very beginning I am facing issues one after another. Some times it's about pcb or sometimes it's about capacitor. The worst thing is that even after passing 22 days they could not deliver the capacitor and their customer service support never gets back to me as they promise. Every second day they r promising to deliver the capacitor within next 2 days but it's not fixed till now. Don't know when this problem will be resolved. I will never recommend anyone to buy this product.
I bought whirlpool 6th sense 6.5 kg in 2015 and now not using since 2021 .
Taken in around 22k and from within 6 years spend 15k around in service and parts.
1st time drum damages then every year capacitor gone and for this capacitor charges 500 to 700 rest service charge extra.
Now I am completely upset with this brand and planing to exchange with iFB .
Domonstration and behaviour of the staff was good and it is user friendly and compact design easy handling.
I bought a 6.5 Kg Top Loafing Automatic Washing machine Whitemagic / Classic for ₹ 17, 000/- in Dec 2016.
In July 2019 I had to spend ₹ 5, 500/- on replacement of complete assy, hub, bearings etc
In Sep 2021 I had to spend ₹ 4, 370/- on PCB and IC. And today I have spent ₹ 5, 760/- on TSP and drain case assy !
₹ 15, 630/- spent in 6 1/2 years on a ₹ 17, 000/- investment !!
This is for a machine being used by a family of 2, and using liquid detergent and monthly descaling !!
Certainly a very poor quality appliance !
Would recommend any other make !!

Our machine is less than 3 yrs old. U B error appeared one day and tha wash stopped before clothes were thro the drying cycle.
Private service providers act rude and insincere. Official maintenance system seems non existent.
We brought whirlpool washing machine for 22500.rs and after 4yrs when it came for service they will send a repair person only after you call for 10 days continues and they will tell its display is not working bcoz motor is in warranty period so to extract money they will take display panel and will come after two days n still your machine will not work they would say oh its gear box problem n then it will you about 10k for repair so instead we pay them better go for other washing machine.very Rude customer service .I think the company itself sells bad product with bad machine parts inside.dont ever go for whirlpool.
