I purchased the whirlpool double door refrigerator in 2020. I had such a bad experience with the product. within 2 years it's polish started shedding off. In summers on max cooling mode fan stop working due to ice on it which stops the cooling of the lower compartment. If you call for the service there charges are very expensive.I suggest please do not buy whirlpool.products for your information images are attached below
My refrigerator's motherboard went out they fixed it and took 4300 rupees and couldn't fix the buttons on freezer,
very bad customer service, very disappointing
as if whirlpool only wanna take your money, but their customer service is highly unprofessional .

Absolutely Rubbish items they are selling .I got my frost free refrigerator replaced thrice for Water leakage from the tray at the backside of my double door fridge.they told me that they would refund my amount of 32000 but after 3 months they informed me tat they cannot refund.pls don buy whirpool items. Fridge are really good quality and cooling. So please buy the fridge. And I am also buy this fridge. Thank u

Very bad experience to bought whirlpool fridge I have a Whirlpool double door fridge. Very poor service backup and spare parts support. Despite repeated followup, no response. The escalation department never called me. Seriously wondering how they are in business. Don't buy any Whirlpool products anymore. .

Deliver defective product and no response from service team for months , you call or email, but they keep on silence, they wait for expiry of warranty so that can charge you huge amount.

I have purchased two wharpool products i.e. refrigerator in March 2019 and a Split AC in Mar 2022. The Fault developed in the AC in July 2022 which was repaired after four days of booking of fault in customer care. Fault also developed in Refrigerator in July 2022. Fault booked on 01 Aug 2022 at 0845 hrs. No one came to check the fault till time 04 Aug 2022 despite of no of reminders and requests to customer care. They did not alloted me service centre till time. Fed-up with the product and afterward service. Please do not purchase such inferior quality products of wharpool when other products available in the market.
I am using this refrigerator since September 2021 and this product is not costly easy to afford and long lasting durable and warranty. The cooling off this refrigerator is very good and low electricity consumption. The look of this product is awesome and no complaints.
Got Whirlpool 310 ltr fridge in month of oct 2021.. problem started in month of january 2022 with motherboad turning faulty.. the support team informed saying its voltage problem.. get stabalizer and it will be solved. Purchased stabiliser from them and again.. today that is july 7 2022 there was a problem with some fan in the freezer which the support person changed.. But would advice customers not.to purchase any whirlpool products as its the worst. We have samsung fridge from 15 yrs and not a day anyone as come to repair as there r no problems. Here not even 6 months and 2 time the tech team has come changed the parts. This is very inconvenient.
WORST PRODUCT EVER
We bought a Whirlpool fridge in November 2021. Since then it is making a noise. After repeated complaints no one is coming. Will never recommend it to anyone.

We bought Whirlpool refrigerator and within a few months saw black fungus formation on stored foodstuff, the service personal said it's because of compressor problem and replaced the fridge, now the problem of Black fungus has started. Maybe cheap components imported from China was used without proper quality check. Whirlpool is risking people's lives.
Whirlpool Fridge. Worst product. Worst service. If you don't have any work please purchase a whirlpool refrigerator. Service person will come every month in your house. You can see all parts inside it & you can learn how to repair it. Within 4 years service charges & spare parts cost will cross its MRP. But you will be a good service engineer within 4 years.
After the return period completed(10 days) cooling effect came down dramatically and when I lodged a complaint through website after 20 days technical person came and said it is not repairable and I need to pay the price for repair cost which is bought just new brand double door fridge. Worst service I have ever seen. My 25k money got wasted. Please choose other products manufacturing defect is high and we can't claim it
I own a double door fridge which I bought in 2021. Now from last 1month the cooling has come down.i called customer care before 2 days and conveyed the same.they said they would send a service advisor and it will be charged. But nobody called me nor came to my place to get it repaired.highly disappointed with the service. Requesting everyone pls don't buy whirlpool products. Service is extremely bad and the my fridge got into repair in 1.5 yrs of buying. Not trust worthy product and service.
I purchased a double door refrigerator. Just after warranty period, it started malfunctioning. Had to repair it thrice on chargeable basis. Spent around 3000. The customer service is very poor and arrogant. They are least bothered about the pain of the consumer who shelled out 25k for their low quality product
Whirlpool - literally!
Whirlpool ice magic 260 L DLX single door refrigerator is the first refrigerator of my life I had using it since more than 15 years.
During 15 year span of time worked quite well the only problem of this refrigerator is deforest system I found it little bit week as I have to manually remove all the ice from the freezer portion and sometimes it will automatically defroster and the water comes all over to the room.
The cooling system is also little bit fluctuating and the fridge indication light is stop working many years ago you have to take care of temperature by setting it looking the atmosphere.
Apart from that during 15 years of time span I don't found any major malfunction so I can say it is a trustworthy and good buy you can give a try to it I hope you will not disappoint.
Whirlpool refrigerator service is very poor. I bought one double door fridge.Within three months it become damage.Icomplained about it.It was about three weaks, nobody yet came for service
