Never take AMC

When ever wirlpool service person come's he forces to take AMC saying part's price are high. Once AMC taken if issue is not fixed in first attempt, they will not come, even after 2 months my issue still not resolved, calling customer care every day even after paying 3700 Rs for AMC

Very bad experience with Whirlpool. There is no responsibility of custumer care. When I opened the packet of the fridge. It found defetive and many parts broken. Filed the complaint many times but no result. Very very bad experience shame on Whirlpool @Whirlpool

Mene whirlpool ka fridge liya tha 2021 November mein agg is fridge ka 2 y 5 month hogaya , lekin is time period mein ye fridge 3 baar kharab ho chuka hai , head ka dard ban gaya hai ye fridge sochte hai kyu liya.


Mera purane wala fridge jada accha tha jo 1992 se chal raha tha wo aaj tak kharab nahi hua use kewal light fuse kiya tha jiska cost mantra rs 10 laga .


Aajkal ki modern jamane ki fridge kewal dikhawa ha aur kuch nahi.

Giving 1 start because marking zero or negative is not an option!


We made a mistake by purchasing the Whirlpool refrigerator last year on 7th April and this year just 10 days after the warrenty was over the fridge stopped working and we got all useless and convenient answers like stabilizer, fulctuaion power failures and using fridge on generators. Then after filing the compliant and waiting for 4 days the technichian visited and informed that a part costing 4500 needs to be changed along with the visit charges. And after changing the part, the fridge stopped working completly. Now I am wondering how much more would they ask us to pay.


I don't know how anything stops working just after the warrenty is over and not when ther warrenty was active. This simply seems that the products are being produced in such a way that they start eating money as soon as the warrenty ends.


Technicians are also ABUSIVE! All they are intersted is in the money and not the service or product.

I have purchased whirlpool refrigerator single door in April 2023.From next day only problem started. I. e Sound is comming and ice is getting hard in the freezer. Called to service center. Sometimes they will pick the call and sometimes they will not picked the call also. Even engineers don't know what is the problem. They visited 5 to 6 times to check. Simply they are taking the photo and sending to office. Lastly they changed the Thermostat but also problem is not solved. Very Worst product and service.

I purchased a product refrigerator double door in 2018 and being compressor warranty for 10years company executive refusing to replace the compressor. This is the waste service which I have experienced in the electronics. I have original bill and details calling to the customer care is only time pass talking non sense and also technician are not so professional to diagnose the issue and resolve it. I am attaching the bill for further reference.

Very bad ?? experience. Don't buy whirlpool products. They don't provide machenic if product disable to work. In patna there machenic are lootera and fraud. Also whole company is lawyer and fraud.

I ever seen this type of refrigerator ... They mension 10 years warranty for compressor but it works only 15 months( in that compressor there is no manufacturing date ) ... Then we raised a compliant .... Service technician came and he said compressor is not working ... We can change only compressor with free of cost ... Gas filling charges is around 3500 to 4000rs .... This is not fair ... They are all cheating the customer ... Don't trust WORLD POOL REFRIGERATOR

Recently bought a Whirlpool 240L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator through Flipkart. It was the worst experience ever. Firstly the product was delivered 2 days late. During the unboxing we found some minor scratches on the body, which was unpleasant but we ignored it. Flipkart assigned us an engineer who was supposed to come the next day, but took another 3 days to come.


We were already frustrated with the delivery, but the casual attitude of Whirlpool towards their customers is just unbearable. The customer service is useless, when the installation engineer was 2 days late to come, we tried contacting customer service, but they too, like us, were helpless. They kept telling us to be calm and that the engineer should be on his way.


After the engineer finally arrived and installed the fridge, we thought finally the frustrations would end, we couldn't be more wrong. Just a few days after the installation the refrigerator started to show its true colors. The cooling was inconsistent, it would just stop cooling without any warnings. There would be days, when we woke up to spoiled foods and milk. No cooling, too much sound and much more. The technician filled the gas 2 times and twice changed the thermostat. But nothing seemed to solve the problem. Our issues neither the company nor the technician are able to solve or give us a valid reason for the problems and sort the issue.


We would need a technician every other week. During the entire ordeal, the customer service was hopeless. They knew nothing about the product nor were they concerned about our problem. Since the fridge was under warranty, all these services have been free of cost. Though I'm afraid that ones the warranty period has passed, these constant services are going to cost me a fortune.


Please do not purchase any Whirlpool products as their quality control must be appalling for me to have received a defective item, and their after-sale support is just too bad.

In spite of our repeated request no one turns up for service. It is a new fridge I bought from Croma - Royal Meenakshi Mall. Suddenly stopped cooling and called customer care multiple times, they tell they will give but wont come and wasting our time also waiting for them.


Please think before purchasing Whirlpool.
