Whirlpool washing machine
Nov 04, 2009 08:47 AM 15671 Views

I bought a Whirlpool whitemagic F65 in Dec 2006. In the last 34 months, we were away for 16 months. The machine was very sparingly used. I have no AMC. Now It became defective. The service engineer from M/s Sri Maruthi Engineering, Chennai, inspected and reported that one wire in the male/female connector at the bottom of the machine had melted and touched the metal body and burnt. The built-in fuse also blew due to direct short-circuit of the Phase wire with the Grounded metal body of the Washing Machine. He removed the connector and connected the wires directly and replaced the fuse. He declared that the main Printed Circuit Board(PCB) had gone bad due to the short-circuit and needs replacement. The cost of the PCB has been ascertained by the service engineer as Rs. 3500/-. I have paid Rs. 300/- as inspection charges and Rs. 40/- as Service Tax on that.(Total of Rs. 340/-)

I contacted Mr Issac of Sri Maruthi Engineering(Service Partner of Whirlpool of India) and explained to him that the PCB failed because of the short-circuit and the short-circuit occurred because of a faulty/bad design of the connector and clumsy tying up of the cables to the body of the machine. Even though there is no AMC, I have asked for a free replacement of the PCB. He could not take a decision on this and told that I can take-up this matter with M/s Whirlpool directly. Therefore, I sent a detailed complaint to M/s Whirlpool through their website on 13 Oct. 2009.

I am a retired Scientist from Defence Research & Development Organisation, specialised in Control Systems and I can make a professional statement that it was the defective connector design that caused the failure and not "fair wear and tear or bad usage of the product". I sincerely hoped to get a positive response from Whirlpool. There is no response from Whirlpool till date(04 Nov. 2009)

In the mean time, I investigated the defective PCB and found that It is doing all programmed events, like opening/closing the water inlet and drain valves, sensing the water level and timing the agitation, wash, rinse and spin cycles. Only thing that was wrong was that the motor was getting power continuously and the motor rotate in one direction all the time. On further analysis, I located the fault with one of the two TRIACs(BTA12). This one got short-circuited, due to heavy “short-circuit current” when the wire melted and touched the Grounded body. I could not get this component(BTA12) from the local market. However, I could get one local technician who could fix this component from his stock of spares. I paid Rs. 60/- as the cost of the component(BTA12) and Rs. 350/- as his service charge.

By this report of events, I wish to inform the general public as to how these Branded Firms take their consumers for a ride and how callously they treat the complaints and comments from the consumers. All consumers should be aware of this kind of unfriendly and unfair behavior and bring such incidents to the notice of others through this forum https://mouthshut.com

Thank you.

Poor design of PCB
Nov 01, 2009 11:32 AM 10560 Views

We had purchased our washing machine in 2003. The PCB of the machine failed first in 2007 replacement costed 5000/-, Again PCB failed in 2008. we have given up on repair as repair cost is 7000/-. The Washing machine from whirlpool seems to be designed for 2-3 years of performance. The PCB is susceptible to frequent failure. The cost of replacement of the PCB and other accessories are also high. Hence those expecting durability should not buy this product.

The other aspects of washing machine such as washing, Rinsing, Drying etc. are average. The cost to performance initially is good. However due to low ruggedness of the product. especially in the electronics, the availability of similar performance after 5 years of working is doubtful. The premature PCB failure seem to be known to the management also, as the input from one of the service centres revealed that PCB of machines are being replaced frequently. The Cost of servicing has been kept deliberately high to take into account the frequent failure of PCB.

Extremely Poor customer & after sales service

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in May 2009, the model is Mastermind. They provided a Duramax electronic stabiliser with this refrigerator. After five months the DuraMax stabiliser stops working. Then I complaint to their Call Center at tel. no. 18601804558 and 41666333 on 21st September 2009. The complaint no. was DL0909015443.

The girl from call centre said me their engineer will come in two hours at my place to pick up the stabiliser. But no one comes on 21st Septemer 2009. On the next day I complaint again and she set a reminder in their system. At evening a person comes and collected the Faulty stabiliser and he assures me that they will got it repaired in one week so I have to wait for a week.

I said, OK. But on 3rd October I telepohoned to their call/ service centre, they said they will deliver it on today evening itself. But no one came. Again on 5th October 2009 I telephoned to their service center at 9212771264. The person who picks the phone said he will deliver today. Again no body comes. Today i.e. on 7th October 2009 I personally goes to their service centre show them the receipt which their executive provided me when he took away the Faulty stabiliser. There I came to know that they have not sent the faulty stabiliser to the Workshop. It was lying with them. The service centre address is MAGIC TECHNOLOGIES, (Whirlpool Authorised Service Centre), BG-500, BAGROLA, SECTOR-8, DWARKA, NEW DELHI-110075. Tel: 9212771264, 9212788232, 011-25366141.

I telepohoned to their call centre/ service centre at least 50 times! At their service centre no body picks the phone. At their call centre the executives simply says "we are sorry sir, we will send the reminders again."

Then he asked me that I have to provide them the photocopy of the bill/ receipt of purchase of satbiliser to them. Only then they will get it repaired. I went again to hand over the photocopy of the receipt. It was their duty to took the photocopy of bill from me when their engineer came to my home to collect the faulty stabiliser on 22nd September 2009. When I objected to their head he said the boy is new he don't know he procedures.

I also call on their call centre and request to them give the telephne no. of their senior executive so that I can talk to him/her. The boy from the call centre gives me the no. 66179999. He says Mr. Shiv Kumar is their head. When I telephoned this no., No body picks the phone. I also asked for the email of their service manager. They give me the email id as sanjeevsadhu@whirlpool.com I emailed on this, but email bounced back.

It seems their service centre staff/ executives are highly unprofessional, fake and misguide the customers. They make only fool to the customers by giving wrong contact telephone nos., email ids and wrong information. Till date I have not get the repaired Duramax Stabiliser from their side. It passes only six months. I can guess what kind of poor service in the coming years!

If any body from Whirlpool company want to talk with me he/she can call me at 0-9313458959.

Whirlpool Whitemagic stainwash H65
Aug 26, 2009 11:54 AM 12703 Views

Whirlpool Whitemagic stainwash H65 is a good washing machine. I myself have been using it from DEC 2007. It has great looks. It is fully automatic and can bear a washoad of 6kg. It has a large agitator with lint collector embeded into it.It has steel tub. It has touch buttons panel with a LED display to show the wash programs opted for and the estimated time left for wash to finish. It gives a compulsary soak for every wash. It has heater in it to give hot water wash in case of dirty clothes. it has two heating options (a)warm i.e 40 degree celcius & (b)Hot ie. 50degree celcius wash. Only thing is you require 16A Socket for supply because of heater. Washing is great, agitator and tub move in to and fro in opposite directions to create greater turbulance in water thus get better wash. Hot water wash requires longer time but washes clothes very clean of even the tougest of dirts. Whirlpool clims of even removing tea stains from clothes tough I haven't tried it yet. It also has resume function to continue from the point it had stopped washing when power supply is restored again with out requiring our assistance. It also has delay function to delay your wash for as long as 6 hours. It also has Child Lock to avoid accidental operation by naughty children playing around it. While spinning it dries the clothes almost 85%, which is a boon in rainy season. It also has a loage transparent lid enabling you to see the wash without needing to open the lid. It also has buzzer alerts for NO WATER SUPPLY FROM TAP, NOT ABLE TO DRAIN OUT WATER, LID OPEN. It also gives a sweet and long finish buzzer to indicate end of wash cycle. It has rollers to move it around as per your needs. It is really a great washing machine. You can always go for it with your eyes closed.

Worst Product and Crap Customer Service
Jul 23, 2009 04:48 PM 11440 Views

I had bought a Window AC from a dealer in Dwarka ( New Delhi) about a month and a half ago . My pain started the moment I switched over to Whirlpool from Hitachi ( Best AC company ) . Its been more then a month that no one ever visitied/called/cared to give me any demo .

I had to got my AC installed from pvt mechanics in the Area and they helped me understanding the junk mechanics. After a while I discovered that I was shown Elite model but sold Premier modle as said by the dealer that both are the same products.

Its not just only . My worst nightmare started 2 days back when my Brand New AC stopped working and for the last 2 days I'm praying to the god that it start working.

In continuation , I called up customer service as well but they said talk to the dealer and they can't help it. Also when I insisted them to take an action against the dealer and help get my money back the guy on the phone " GOPAL " this morning said Aap jara dhang sey baat kijiye and banged the phone on my face.

Please can some one help.

Model that will surely be recalled in USA
Jul 20, 2009 06:37 PM 13094 Views

We have used a non-automatic washing machine from Whirlpool before and has served for more than 5 years. We did not face any major problems and the service previously was good.

I made a mistake of buying this model without research, since the previous model worked very well. After about 6 months of usage, the washing machine started shaking during spin cycle. The service technician mentioned it was because our washing machine was on mosaic floor and it slips. With time it has started really shaking a lot and moves around. It can hurt people nearby. In USA, this machine will surely be recalled. Now, when we contacted the service, he mentions that we need to change some springs that will cost upward of Rs. 1000. The ONLY reason the service people did not mention this problem earlier was that it was in warranty.

Once the Agitator of this machine came out. I hear this is again a problem with this model. Once the agitator looses the screw threads, we will have to end up replacing the same and again costing a lot.

The worst rip-off is now happening. Every time, we call the service person, they complete the work and tell there is lot of limescale build up and we need to use a product from Whirlpool called Scalegon. It costs Rs. 135 for one packet. One service technician asked us to use it once a month. We still have the old washing machine, we use as backup. Recently a service technician came to replace the water pipe and said we need to use 6 packets of ScaleGon since there is lot of limescale. This is because we haven't used this before. But, no where in the manual is there a mention to use ScaleGon or similar product. Looks like Whirlpool sells a bad product first and then service people use every opportunity to sell ScaleGon.

AVOID this model at any cost. Based on the way, the are hardselling ScaleGon, avoid WhirlPool altogether.

Whirlpool Washing machines - Best in the business
Jul 15, 2009 03:42 PM 13835 Views

We bought this washing Machine back in 1992. Then Whirlpool had a Joint Venture with Onida and launched the brand as Onida. It was called ONIDA Fully automatic washing machine. When Whirlpool started operations in india, first they started with Onida, then moved on to TVS and now operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Whirlpool Inc.

I don't remember the model name exactly. Kindly excuse me. Itz been 17 + yrs. Those days this was the most advanced Top Loading washing machine available in the market.

Now coming to the features : Fully Automatic, Top Load, Stainless steel tub, Agitate wash, Soak, wash, Rinse, Spin, Detergent dispenser, End of cycle buzzer

Though this was full fledged Fully automatic washing machine, we had been using the way semi-Automatic functions owing to water scarcity problems. In general washing machines work well with drinking water (Soft Water) and not with well water(Hard Water). The fact is, if you use well water (Hard Water) for the wash programs, the water tub tends to collect some kind of deposits at the bottom of the tub over the years which requires cleaning.. Moreover if you use well water(Hard water), clothes tend to loose colour with in a few washes. So if you use drinking water (Soft Water), the clothes will retain the colour for many washes..

To the right of the washing machine, you can find 3 Knobs. 1 for selecting the wash program, 1 for wash cycle, 1 for water level.

Wash program ( Heavy, medium, light)

Wash Cycle ( Drain, Recycle - in case you would like to use the same soap water for some more clothes after a wash program is complete)

Water level- you will have to select it based on the wash program.

When you select the wash program as Heavy, at first it agitates for a few minutes, soaks it for few minutes & then starts agitating it again. This way even if the clothes have too much of dirt in it, by way of soaking & washing the dirt perfectly cleaned.

Medium wash program soaks for a few minutes less than the heavy program & the the light wash program doesn't do that.

The complete cycle when u select Heavy wash program is -> water intake -> wash ->soak ->wash ->drain water ->spin(2mins) ->water intake ->rinse ->drain water ->spin(dry).

All you to do is select the wash program, wash cycle & water level and leave it. Hope everyone knows what an agitator is. But this agitator had big 4 fins on its side, not to be seen on today's model's. This agitator takes the extra effort to clean clothes to the extent possible.

Stainless steel tub is of top notch quality. Not even traces of rusting after being in regular use for 17 yrs...

After sales support :-

Electronic items are prone to mechanical problems and no one can deny the fact & so are we. We have serviced it as & when the problem arises. The staff has been well trained & co-operative. We had to replace the motor cycle parts a few times and thatz all we did. It just like its in mint condition.

So itz been 17 yrs of Happy washing experience. I would prefer this machine to the new ones in the market though they have load sensor, hot wash and endless features. The features may be better, i bet it can't beat this one... I recommend Whirlpool Fully automatic washing machine after using its product for more than 17 yrs of service...

Happy Washing

Ever Problematic And Double-Expensive
Jun 19, 2009 08:36 PM 9539 Views

We bought this product two years ago and within the first year it started giving trouble. We've already spent more than ten thousand rupees in servicing on this junk box.Their gemini services are very agressive in promoting and selling new parts and cleaning agent with the machine.I have experience with other machines ( neighbour and relatives as well) and no such complain. In future I will never buy a Whirlpool Washing Machine. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I had printed circuit board (PCB, which costs over five thousand) and cleaning ( dump valve, costing over three thousand) etc. problem with the machine.Though personally I had the experience of working with Whirlpool but still I belive they may be ok in fridge bussiness due to Kelvinator history. No doubt they have quick response but at the end product doesn't speak. So the problem is with the machine on one hand due to poor parts and on the other hand agressive service technicians who are more of a sales person. I wish I had bought a new different company product

Shitty product. DONT BUY IT. DONT BUY IT
Jun 06, 2009 07:38 PM 8485 Views

Bought this product for my parents around 2008 beginning. From the day of installation it started giving problems. It makes huge noises and when we called the whirlpool technicians they don't have any clue what it is and how to fix it.Whirlpool employs local technicians for after sales repairs/support. They are real SHT. Ofcourse the product itself is a BIG sht.

I complained many times to the customer service about various problems, all they do is issue a complain number, no body follows up with it. After couple days if I again call them they will issue a new complaint number.

Any time the local technician comes and look into it, I have to pay lots of money. I had paid lots of money already on it. The local technicians dont have clue about the product. I specifically requested for the company qualified technicians, they send only the locals. What are my choices? I want to fight it.In US we can sue them, in India how can we fight these idiots. no rules, nobody responds.I wanted to file a legal case on whirlpool India. Is there any process.please let me know. Thank you and DONT waste your money on this product, it is lot of money(Rs.27000) for me and I think its lot of money for you too.

Truly White Magic from Whirlpool Whitemagic H 70
Apr 20, 2009 05:23 PM 9785 Views

Satheesh - I'm here to write a small review as customer of this model. This give me immense pleasure to share my experience with this model which is best at its value for money, being semi-automatic this is featured with 3 modes of gentle-medium-heavy, powerful motor and dryer and with the capacity of 7kgs workload.

Unique features include, Hot & Cold water, Detergent Dispenser which allows for soaking gentle to medium clothes, rinse with two flow washer & dryer, user friendly. Only difficulties is its static wheel which allows only to pull horizontally, and there is no rat mesh fitted with. I will recommend for those from middle class will certainly gain value for the money they spent.

Whirlpool is regarded as the master of home appliances and washing machine is their flagship brand endrossed as superbrand. Feel much better than Samsung and exclusive produce of world class home appliance manufacturers, solid performance, value for money, pocket friendly and safe in mechanical standards.

Whirlpool washing machine excellent work
Mar 13, 2009 12:53 PM 10245 Views

Hi readers, I am sharing my experience about my Whirlpool Semi automatic washing machine (H70- white magic). First of all its functions are awesome and excellent.I am one of the first consumer of this product when it came to market @ 2005.

All of its features are beyond words. Its hot wash function is very useful for deep dirt, especially when washing bed sheets, jeans etc. Its 1-2, 1-2 wash system is really resemble our handwash. And till now I dint face any problems. the drier is very convenient at rainy season. Though it is costlier, when campare to other companies whashing machines, you can save your money on electricity bill.According to my friends views on other companies washing machine, my machine is the hero. Really this machine is consuming a very less quantity of power (340Watt). In short Iam suggesting, it's very useful for any family those who prefers semi automatic washing machine.. Jyotsna

Whirlpool 3rd Class Machine

If you want to buy a Washing M/c pl don't go for Whirlpool brand as it is not a quality M/c avilable in the market. I purchased Whirlppol Washing M/c ( Front loading ) in the month of December 2004 ( I don't remember the brand) and from the day one I faced the problems.

Initially as promised by the sales man nobody came to install the M/c. After several follow-ups one fellow came and told I should get continuous water supply pipe separately and then only he can install the M/c. After 3 days one more person came with one tap adopter and fixed it to the tap and just asked to use. He didn't give any kind of demo or user's guidelines and just asked to read the manual.

After using it for 3 months our nightmare started. first suddenly it stopped working and after complaining their service engineer came and told to replace the belt and timer. I told him (as it is still under Guarantee time ) to replace at company's cost. Intially he resisted and then agreed to replace only the timer and I paid for the belt.

The above exercise repeated at least 10 to 11 times in a span of 3 yearrs and after the Gurantee period I have spent more than Rs 5000.00 to get the M/c repaired. Every time their service engineers blamed us for the condition of the M/c and not even once they agreed that there is A SERIOUS problem with their M/c.

Finally on 18th January 2009 it stopped working again and finally myself and my wife decided to say goodbye to this m/c and purchased samsung M/c and it is working very well and their service is also good so far.

So freinds pl think before buying Whirlppool

Very disappointed customer
Dec 25, 2008 12:01 AM 11371 Views

I purchased this washing machine at around 16.5k. After 3 month of purchase of my washing machine, this machine started troubling. I have logged complain to their customer care and it has been more than 40 days and problem has not solved yet. One person came after one week of login complain and said that one part has to be replaces.

From then no one has turned up. I have made atleast 15 calls to their customer care and always I heard is "I am very sorry for inconvenience and apologise for it. and in next 2 days our technical engg will come to rectify the problem". But those 2 days never has happened yet. I have got frustrated in calling these guys. Some time I got answer that they do not have that part and procuring it from other place. Now I am all set to log a case in consumer forum.

I request you guys to give me your case information if have logged any against this company. From last 40 days we had to wash our cloths ourself.

So friends, I strongly advice against any whirlpool product.

Poor Service of Whirlpool
Dec 01, 2008 12:43 PM 9527 Views

I had bought a Whirlpool Washing Machine (Sensation Neo) in December'07. Last week I had some strange sounds coming out of the machine while it was running. After that following is the sequence of events that happened.

24/11/2008:  I logged a complain (Ref No.: bg1108007752). The call centre executive promised me to get a call from the engineer within 2 hours. After not getting any call even after 5 hours, I again called up the customer care and they again promised me a call from executive within 2 hrs. Finally I got a call at 7:30 pm from the Whirlpool Executive. He gave me an appointment of 5:30 pm for 25/11/2008.

25/11/2008: No one visited me at 5:30 pm. I called up the executive’s number, who was supposed to visit me, but it came as switched off. I called up the call centre again they assured that the executive will visit my place by 8:30pm, but no one turned up.

26/11/2008: Finally I get a call from this executive at 12 pm, telling me that he would like to visit my place immediately. As my office is around 15 km from my home, I asked him to come after 5 pm. But he said that since he's in the same area he would like to visit me now! Finally he agreed to come next day before 9:30 am

27/11/2008: The Whirlpool executive finally lands up at my home at 9:15 am. He checked the washing machine and finally told us that there was some problem with the suction motor and thats why the washing machine was creating such a lot of noise. He said that the part will have to be replaced. After he left our house, we tried to use this machine and to our horror, it had STOPPED WORKING! Till now it was only a sound problem, and after the executive’s visit, the machine had simply stopped working!! And when I called up the executive who had visited us, he very coolly informed me that the part is not in stock and hence please contact the Service Centre for any issues. I couldn't believe myself that I had wasted so much of time and money (in phone calls) to call an executive who would simply destroy my machine and vanish!! I called up the Call Centre at 5:30 pm and they assured me that I'll have a status by 7:30 pm. And when I called up at 7:30 pm then as very usual, there was no update and I was finally told that I can only get an update by 11 am next day.

28/11/2008: I called up the call centre at 11:30 am and again as very, very usual there was no update. The person asked me to call after 1hour. I again called up at 12:30 and AGAIN there was no update. This time they promised me for a call back within 1 hour. And somehow this time, I got a call from Whirlpool Head Office in Delhi. The person's name was Vikram and he promised me that since Saturday & Sunday are holidays, my machine will be repaired by 1/12/2008. After some discussion, I accepted this new deadline. But suddenly, after 2 hours of this discussion, I received a call from Bangalore Service Centre and that lady very coolly told me that they will change the part on Wednesday (3/11/2008) !!

I am fed up the Whirlpool Service. Firstly the executive instead of repairing my machine makes it completely unusable and then Whirlpool doesn't even have the part to replace it ! After experiencing such a service, I would never think of buying a Whirlpool product in future. And finally can anyone help me to have my washing machine back into working condition!!

Bad experience with whirlpool whitemagic FP60 DLX
Oct 31, 2008 04:30 PM 8586 Views

My experience was very bad with this machine. Earlier I used to have videocon semi automatic, let me say it was the best compared to this automatic one. My colths seem to be dirty, donno the mechanisam of wash , simply the drum rolls clock n anti clock wise leaving the cloths on upper side remain where they are even after the long run of wash which leads to patches of detergent on the cloths.my laundry man often complaints the same.he asks me to wash with hands (where do I dump this use less machine then) .

I even called the support and showed him the detergent patches on cloths. He says this is the wash mechanism of this model and suggested to put less no of cloths.i started counting the no cloths and see that the no is less which is of no use anyways.

Feel like switching to my old machine.i strongly recommend not to buy this model. After trying all the possibilities of clean wash I started convincing my self saying nothing is ever lasting so do this machine, let me use for few more days and go for another good one.

From the day one am not convinced with this model.

The Machine that 'Washes'
Sep 17, 2008 10:35 PM 9217 Views

After a lot of research I landed up with this machine. A great model from the whirlpool stable, so they said. By that time, my voltas washing machine of 7 years had given me excellent service. Like one of those naive guys, I thought washing machine was saturated technology and there is not much scope for any problems.

I bought this about 3 years back. From that day till today, it has seen the insides of the mechanic shop around 8-9 times. Average, once in 4 months, it gives problems.

About 75-80% it was the problem with the sensor or circuit board. Once or twice a mechanical error occurred. The latest repair was yesterday and the previous one was maybe 45 days back. Well, that the last straw. I decided to 'get rid' of this machine.

I could have run a gambling den, to bet on this washing machine on a daily basis! Thanks Whirlpool. And, my friends mom was hell bent on a whirlpool machine and asked my opinion. No guesses for my feedback.

Pathetic Service from Whirlpool
Sep 11, 2008 06:16 PM 8123 Views

My T50 is now 4 yrs old and I have had atleast 3 to 4 issues with it so far. One does expect a washing machine to be sturdy and breakdown free (atleast for 5 yrs), but not the machine I bought.

Typical issues that I have faced in this machine has been that wash programmes get stuck. And in such case there is nothing much one can do but to remove the clothes and hand wash them again.

The worse about a recent breakdown was that it took Whirlpool 50 hours to even come to check the issue. This is inspite of signing a AMC with them and very aggressive followups. The Whirlpool call center is helpless as they depend on local authorised service dealers for support.

The wash quality is average, nothing great.I think the trap that these white goods company fall into is, they donot enhance the service network with growth in sales.Bad Product and Pathetic Service !!!

Good Wash and Easy Maintanance

I have bought this Whirlpool on July end of this year (2008) at Bangalore. The clothes are cleaning almost 95% like other famous washing machine.  Water consuption and power consuption is very less.

Most of the technicians are saying that digital display might create problem, due to any short circute. If it happened we need to change the entire digital display set. But this machine has manual knob.

I feel this machine is the good option to buy.First one month I was facing so many problems with this machine. The Geezer (heater) option was not working and it was strucked in between. I have complained two three times about this to where I bought (since they told to condact showroom for any  complaints) but no response and after some days one technician came from Whirlpool and checked the machine and said the geezer utility has some problem and latter they only arranged another techinican to replace it.

But that technician fully verified by opened system and told it is working fine. And later we found the reason for the above problem, that is the water outlet (drain tube) should not keep falt in the ground. They have given knob to keep that little higher and keep it in the ground. This machince release the water it takes because of this and it wasn't working properly. This information was not told by the technician when he came for the instalation.

A SAD CUSTOMER

We purchased this machine two years ago. Only in three months we got black oil spots on the cloths. Eartlier we thought this may be the problem of detergent powder and we tried by changing the powder.

It didnt work. Then we called call cenctre, they sent mechanic and he changed the gear box saying it is faulty. Progblem didnt get solved. We again called, again the gear box was changed. This happened four times and still the problem is not solved. Machine is in warranty period.

But they are not agree to to give us by exchanging. They are ready to give us the same part again, but now we dont want it. This machine made our loss of clothes worth Rs 5000 atleast. Dont buy such a faulty machine. Also their service is very poor.

If somebody knows the reason of such problem plz let me know and tell me how to solve the same.If they give us new machine then its ok, otherwise I am thinking to go to consumers court. Plz post your reviews.
