Dear Sir,
I felt myself proud when I became one of the customer of whirlpool Products.(i.e Whirlpool Fridge & Home Inverter). The above items were purchased by me from M/s.Ganesh Appliances, Kallur Complex, Station Road, and Raichur-584101.
But I came to know the mistake done by me due to the way respond by your service center at Raichur.
My Home inverter was having trouble(under warranty) and the same was taken by your service centre staff and told me that some part to be replaced and the intimation will be given soon it rectified. No intimation was received by me. When I approached after 7 days again they informed me that the replaced part was not functioning properly and again ordered for new one. I approached after 15 days they informing that the received item is also not suiting and they decided to send it to Bangalore for further rectification.
I wanted to bring the following points to your notice.
• Middle class people buy the items duly taking loan from their savings i.e PF etc.
• Inverter will be purchased to overcome the crisis of power cut.
• In summer Final examinations will be carried out for all the students in all States.
• Children not to feel discomfort when they are sleeping.
With the Whirlpool product the following was learnt by me.
I used to accompany my son when he was studying for examination to hand over candles whenever it gets exhausted.
I used paper as fan for my kid to go to bed for sleeping.
As the inverter was not in working condition my love and affection increased towards my children for which I shall be thankful to you.
But it is to bring to your kind notice that, the price of the product will be arrived duly considering the following points.
• Material Cost, Labour Cost, Variable Cost, Dealer Margin, Shop keeper profit, service charges etc.,
The product can be sold out in the market by any means but to lead in the market servicing plays much role.
As so many days passed I don’t need for replacement of Inverter and asked my inverter to keep in the service center itself and it may help you in some other mean. But I can say that middle class people are the key persons to purchase the items though it is luxurious for them to give better atmosphere for their children though they are not enjoyed in their childhood.
My sincere request/suggestion to you is that, you short out citizen charter for servicing and implement the same for increasing your sales.
At lost with heavy painful feeling I can say that “WHIRLPOOL MAKES CUSTOMER A FOOL”
