Whaaky.com is fraud e-commerce shopping portal.they show one product and provide one product. its hyderbad based company. with zero customer care support. non refundable and non exchange of product.more over useless product and bad quality.whaaky.com is not suitable for e-commerce shopping portal.even they dont single good reiew.i request government or cyber act to remove such portal or online service provider. and please dont buy and get fooled by such a fraud online shopping company.

Dear friends Please don't buy / book any products from whaaky online traders. They sent to me a defective device even though I have cancelled my order within a hours paid for the same, I have returned as per their instructions to New Delhi vendors address. But vendor refused to accept my parcel courier of defective device and returned to me. After several phone calls and emails second time I have sent to their Hydrabad return section office. More than 60days till this time they have not return my amount and two times paid courier charges . several times they accept repayment but failed their promised, So far I have spent huge amount for phone calls and email charges. They are not answered and return my amount, I feel they are used all our payments to rotating their day to expenses. I have lost my mental agony and paid payments including courier charges. So don't buy any products from this online whaaky traders. I request the Government authorities should take sever action and stop these kind of companies immediately save ordinary person.

Worst after sales service. Please avoid purchase from whaaky.com. My order No.S8025130833898 for purchase of one Samsung Power Bank for 20800 mAH with a blue tooth head set costing Rs.799/= prepaid through debit card. The good supplied was for 25000 mAH Samsung Power Bank which can hardly recharge 2 mobile battery of 3000 mAH. After sending repeated mail for replacement alongwith image of the product and bill I was asked to send the product back to their given address.

I went to almost all couriers in Kolkata for returning the Power Bank but no one accepted. I have earlier purchased various things from amazon/flipcart who themselves have lifted the defective product and replaced the same. But here is a company who shifts thier responsibility on the customer. Now I am stranded and unable to return the mony.

So please beware, think twice before purchasing things/goods/products from whaaky a worst cheater company. Now I am compelled to move to consumer forum.

I ordered two shirts in whaaky.com in festival season. I shocked when I opened the package because the quality of the shirts is poor. I never expect that much low quality shirts.the cost of the shirt is 1000rs but the quality is look like 100 rs shirt.i immediately contact to the customer service(040-66228282) but they dont respond properly till now. the product delivery is also too late. sofor my experience I suggest dont go with whaaky.com

Th complete fraud company . I do not know how thse companies are running in India . It should be banned . They neither provide the right product nor they are going to give you the refund . the time you ask for refund they are going to extend it for years. and at last you are going to forget it . Its better to donate your money then buying some thing from this company . It is going to give you the complete frustration .

From Few days Whaaky site has been visible on Facebook and other popular sites selling REFURBISHED products(resale of old product with all quality checkings).

So as a new customer I had ordered combo of Mobile.

To my horror I found 2 dead Mobiles without batteries,

Thus I WARN everyone to please avoid this site as they are cheating innocent customers.

I also APPEALS to the concern authorities to please take action against such sites.

From my experience, these guys pretend to be professionals but actually they are not. They display highly attractive products but when you get them they are usually of low standards where the size does not match the market standards.

I ordered a a set of vests but when I got them they were really of below standards and the size did not fit. I made a complaint and followed a long procedure to get my refund but the best part of their customer support is that they never keep the communication chain so that their unprofessionalism doesn't get highlighted.
