This online shopping side is bacically fraud website. I oder a power bank of 5000mAh. As the website mention this powerbank Rs 500. So seeing the offer I got impressed and I ordered it. None of the online shopping website was offering such kind of deal. They have given delivery the time of 5days. So I started waiting for product. After 5days I got the parcel at my home. And the delivery box ask for the money. As I order this product with cash on delivery option. For receiving parcel I have to pay.

After paying I got the parcel and I opened it.

When I opened it I got shocked because they have given me wrong product. It was some Chinese product. And that too was looking like some second hand model of the power bank. I got the lesson from this incidence, that never ever try online shopping with any of the website.

So friend bacically a fraud website whaaky.com.

Hi friends, I buy one power bank but that power bank not working even not powering on also that's not original product, there communication/co-ordination is very worst and pathetic, it is just of low quality and the products that one available are also not of high quality, product image looking good in website but shirts very bad and cheap quality, product delivery is very slow and even when I told them to cancel the product, item shown at the time of purchase and received item are different, customer service is worst I have so many time to try connect them but no proper response, I requested them so many time to arrange pick up and refund me my amount, they are telling that they don't the product back it seems, these kind of website shows go for legal proceeding and shut down at once, they never give response and never change the product after one week, but the product is completely faulty, I have lost my mental agony and paid payments including courier charges, thank you

Hi guys, Please don't buy any product from this web site. This is not company looks like some people doing group of cheating. I buy one power bank but that power bank not working even not powering on also that's not original product.

Then raised request to refund process and I followup with more than 9 months but still they are said like " will refund you today or will refund you tomorrow or after tomorrow like this, almost gone 9 months.

I've sent many mail but they still not given resolution, somebody told me like " we don't have money to refund", i'm really shocked.

Please be aware, better go and buy any web site who can refund process.

Hey guys. dont buy products from whaaky.com. thy r giving damaged& dummy products. I brought 3 power banks on offer 999.& they snd me damaged power banks. aftr tht I snd tht product to thm& thy replaced with same product. again I contact wih thr customer care executive& thy said that thy are selling second quality damaged product& thy also mension that in thr advtsmt. bt I cant saw anythng on thr advtmnt. again I snd that product to thm. nw thy r sayng thy need 1 mnth for refudng my money. I had loss of 400+ mny for postal chrg& packing etc for sending thr product back. if they r not giving my money back I wil upload photos& unpacking videos of thr fake products in social media. second time I take the unpacking of thr products.

Please be aware that this company "whaaky" is first of all not a company, Runned by few people who are selling product with some outlet based at Delhi( Where you get all out of warranty and under quality product very easily in cheap rates. There cordination/Communication is very worsed and pathetic. If you get product after payment its your luck, but if that wont be usable and you will definately ask for refund. So then they would ask you to return the product, whcih after returning so have given product also and money is also gone. NOW YOUR MONEY REFUND WILL NEVER HAPPEN. At the end you yourself will give up on that amount as we all are working class people and definately have much more priority in life than chasing these cheap class company, I am still chasing them. Worst part they have one phone number which no body answers and you only have option to email which they would respond the way they want. MY SINCERE advise to all that its better to get any product from any accoountable vendors(like Amazon, Ebay or flipkart) who atleast will take ownership of the product if anything happen from the sellers end and get it replaced or refund within time but in whakky its not the case. the only thing here is pirate products or first copy with cheaper rates which is attracting customer and eventually getting falled. There are very less products available here on this online shopping store and there are not too many combos of things available and combos that are available are not too much I want the owner of tger site to bring more products for selling and make this site more good and better the quality is also not too good of this site it is just of low quality and the products that are available are also not of high quality they are also of low quality this shopping store is cannot be compare too amazon and flipkart because they are far better than this

Friends am suggesting not to buy product in this sight they will attract with awesome offers but once u ordered may be can get old product or defected product also

then if u want to return that product they wont come to collect that product u only have send a courier that is one extra expenses from your end then also u wont get replacement and not even refund.

I have ordered the product in the month of October 2017 still am following up for refund no one is responding properly

I never experienced such things before and finally I also encountered the same. Product delivery is very slow and even when I told them to cancel the product they came and said it will take another 30 days to cancel and refund.what a pathetic online service they are providing.finally I also can say I know one fraud online vendor.as per customer service response I beleive they don;t have any customer service and single person is making fool of customers.will never recommend anyone to buy from this site.

Dear All, This is just to share my experience with Whaaky.com. I have ordered 5 Jeans 22 July 17 and received the delivery on 31 July 17. The product I ordered was different and I received oversized jeans. I requested them to replace with correct size. I sent the product with courier and got the acknowledgement from them on 11 August. They promised to replace the product in 8-10 days. After several phone calls and emails they informed me on 14 September 2017 that they are going to refund the amount back and requested bank details. I provided all the requested information and since then I am following up for the payment. They have been dragging by borrowing time from almost 3 months. In one of the email dated 27 September2017 they confirmed that they are going to process the payment on 16th November 2017.

I called up on 16th November 2017, they are again dragging to December 2017. Can anyone believe that a online shopping company is fooling their customer from last 3 months just to refund the amount of below INR 2000.!

Also I ordered 3 Jeans on 23/09/2017 by giving benefit of doubt for 1st order that there may be mistake.You cant believe it. This time they sent altered, Used Jeans Paints(Second Hand paints)! for INR 699.

I suggest to all viewers please do not buy any thing from this website https://WHAAKY.COM as this is one of the fraud company.
