I wanted to get a redesigning done for my website and was going through a number of web designing companies to get the best service. A friend of mine, who works for WeblinkIndia, came up to me and told me to get the redesigning done from this company. The way he praised the services reflected that the company must be really good so I contacted their persons and got a web designing service.

I explained to them what all changes I wanted and how I was very precise with everything. They asked for a week’s time to come up with the required changes. After a week, I was redirected to my website and was literally disheartened to see that they had not taken any note of the changes I had asked them to make. I was frustrated and dropped a complaint in their complaint section. I got a call from them within an hour and I told them about my grievances.

They agreed to give the required changes to my website without charging any money for the problem they’ve created. And to my surprise, the new website was precisely as per my requirements.

When I first approached WeblinkIndia.Net for my web development services, I was actually quite exhausted because of going to a number of web development service providers and getting a very pathetic response from their end. I had high hopes on them as my brother-in-law had got a really amazing website developed by them. The first time I talked to them I felt that they might be able to do the right service and so I gave them the work. My anger knew no bounds when I received my website after a period of 15 months. Literally, the bugs had only increased than before. I wrote a complaint to them and called them up as well.

They patiently heard everything I said and apologized for the problem. They asked for a week’s time to resolve all the issues. I agreed. After a week, I took a look at my website and was really happy to get the smoothest website with a great user interface. I am thankful to WeblinkIndia.Net for doing the necessary changes even though they did it after my complaint.

It is my suggestion to all never and never take the membership of weblink exporter India as it is only a wastage of time and money for us. From weblink, I had taken a platinum membership one year before. They were supposed to provide a control panel and design a 100-page website. Website designing got worsened many times and I asked for website detail for the control panel. They refused every time and promised the right website and control panel at the end of a one-year membership. When I asked their employee for the control panel, I was told that it is chargeable and I will have to pay Rs.10000 more for the control panel as my membership was about to be expired. I was reminded by its men again and again. My account was handled by Mr. Ankush, Mr.Manoj, and Mr. Rajesh and all the cheater employees of weblink said a different statement and none of them did the work as per my requirement.

Extremely bad project management and poor attention to detail. One needs to request the same thing tons of times. Literally.

I have worked with them on 2 projects, and by far, it was the worst experience.

Here is what happened. At first, I started getting endless calls from their sales team to offer me website and app development services. Such a company gets the prospect data from the domain name providers. Upon one purchase of a domain, they’ll sell a list of the new domain owners to such companies, this is how they got my details. Nonetheless, when they called me, I mentioned to them that I have a business idea that I wanted to create(an app idea). They assured me that they can develop any kind of apps. After a series of follow-up calls, I decided to share the idea with them after I made them sign an NDA agreement just to protect my rights to intellectual property. The NDA has clearly stated that Weblinkindia .net has no right whatsoever to even use this idea in their portfolio. We signed the NDA and moved to the next steps(technical requirements and prices). they enticed me to do a website(portal) together with 2 mobile apps and also pay for the extra language(Arabic) in advance as they put it in a way that there was a limited discount promo ending in 2 days, so I have paid towards all of them to get the discounted price. The total cost of the project about$18, 000 spread between all the deliverables. They started on the website design, so did my struggle with me. I was requesting the same change tons of times, over and over again, to the extent that I started recording videos to explain the changes to them. Even that didn’t work. to get a small change done, I would need to burn your throat and waste a countless number of days to get a tiny change done.

In the midst of this, the covid-19 pandemic hit. And, like all other businesses, we put all the projects on hold as we initially didn’t know how long this pandemic would go on and how bad it was going to affect businesses. As things weren’t clear at the beginning of it.

We as a business(startup), were completely shut down. Zero business projects and no income for months.

At the beginning of August 2020, I got a website project. I thought since I already signed an NDA with Weblinkindia.net, I thought of working with them on this project. I then briefed them on it and we agreed on the price and the timeline that was given by them i.e. 25 days max as they proposed. I paid them 50% advance payment and we started working on it. The design ALONE took about 45 days, because of the endless feedback I have given them for the same issues, changes didn’t get done, no responses, but excuses. Some changes requested haven’t been done till today Jan 28, 2021. Some features agreed on the contract were missed on and when I requested it, they said they decided to remove them, the salesperson said on the phone that he agreed to reduce the price of the site so they decided to remove some features from the site. They just decided by themselves to remove what was agreed on contractually without even informing me. Imagine that.

Let me go back a little, in October 2020, after I fully realized that investing in a personal project(my app idea) wasn’t right at this point due to the negative effect the corona pandemic left us with. Our priorities changed as explained to them. I called Weblinkindia .net and requested that they deduct the amount of all the work done by them including the second project and return the remaining money to me. They promised to get back to me with the statement of my account. They never did. Despite my many follow-ups, I was just getting false promises. I then requested on their website for somebody from the management to get in touch with me as I needed to push for this to get finalized as quickly as possible. the same person who was dealing with me got in touch with me.

I got really frustrated with their negligence and disrespect and I requested him to not talk to me again and I want to talk to some from the management. After many requests, his immediate boss by the name of Boskey got in touch with me and she assured me that she will take care of this. She never got back to me. I then tried calling her on her mobile and leaving her WhatsApp messages that she saw and chose to ignore them. After many attempts and many days, I managed to talk to her, and I literally begged her that I needed my money badly(due to what resulted from this pandemic – and of course, I mentioned to her my personal reasons for the same, which I don’t want to write here). She again assured me that she would get back to me in the same day for sure. And she literally said, don’t worry, consider it done. I was relieved to hear that, finally someone is willing to help. And after then, she’d NEVER picked up the phone, nor replied to any of my follow-up messages.

This went on for weeks. and I again sent another email on the website of Weblinkindia .net requesting that the management has to get in touch with me as this has gone too far and it is a very crucial matter and needed to be addressed immediately. Simultaneously, I sent a WhatsApp message to the WhatsApp no. of the company(that’s mentioned on their website) requesting the same. That was after I saw that THEY HAVE BREACHED our NDA agreement – I saw that they published my UNFINISHED personal project on their portfolio. After the message, I got a call from the same salesperson that I requested not to deal with.

I asked him to let someone from the management talk to me. No one did. After my repeated requests, they shut down the website they developed for my client, requesting me to pay the other 50%. I was, for all these months, just waiting for a simple answer to send my statement of account after they deduct the charges of all the work they have done, and I was promised tons of times to be done. It truly cannot get more disrespectful and unprofessional than this.

Having received no answer, I sent an angry email and I copied every email address I have for their team, including their info email hoping that the management would take any action on this matter, I attached the WhatsApp messages I had sent requesting for replies which didn’t get answered. The management took NO action whatsoever. I then received an email from them(after months of waiting) stating that as per their policy they don’t offer refunds. And they needed me to pay the 50% for the website and they have shut it down to pressurize me to pay. They kept ignoring me for months, giving me false promises, and then come and say they don’t give refunds.

I have given them the notice to attend to this matter, again, they chose not to. Worse than that, they threaten to get in touch with my client to ask for the payment(which is against our agreement). They have left me with no choice but to escalate this. I feel obliged to tell as many people as I could to save before they get treated like this, waste their time and money.

Just think about the fact that why would I invest time to put this together to tell people about, hadn’t they treated me like this?

Do not engage no matter what. Waste of time effort and energy. Integration of simple sms api they were struggling with for more than three months.

It was around a month back when I contacted WeblinkIndia.Net to get a new android app for my website. The people were very generous and listened to every detail very patiently. I was contented that the app would be as I had asked them to be. When they came up with the application around 10 days later, I was actually shocked to see the app. The colors were too bright, it did not have the needed panels and everything seemed messed up.

I wrote a complaint to them explaining my issues. They contacted me within an hour and listened to all my bickering with patience. They asked for a week’s time to do the necessary changes and that too without charging any money. The application that I got after a week was surprisingly good.

WeblinkIndia is one the best website designing company I have ever seen . The work culture and working environment of the company is very positive. They have more than 800 peoples manpower. If you are fresher then you can learn plenty of new things in this company under the guidance of the senior management.

The good thing about this company is that they have pressurized their employees. As far as salary and appraisal concerned they always release salary in time before 10th of every month and appraisal depends on your work performance.

I got an interview(sheduled on 7&8th of May 2015) from the company when I visited the interview place(Prestige shantiniketan- whitefeild, Bangalore) the security told me there is no company with that name, they fooled me with a fake interview call.

I heard some companies  will cheat the employees after their job is finished but this company cheated us before joining itself.

One software engineer from HP also came for interview even he also felt very bad. Guys dont beleive ther fake interview calls.

The company never takes its client serious after taking the agreement payment. They do a good follow up before taking the project but they never bother after signing the agreement and taking all the payments.

They do not pick phones don't reply emails and don't even show up when you visit their office in person.

So I find very difficult to complete the project as a client
