Initially I thought I should recommend to my friends and relatives to purchase plots from VRR. Later I completely changed my mind because of their unprofessional response after sales. I booked a plot and paid every penny as per commitment. After the sales, customer service is literally pathetic. They won't even respond to your calls. I really fed-up doing followup with VRR. Even managers also talking in unprofessional way. Fake commitments passed, we must take everything on paper. Otherwise nobody will help us later. At the time of plot booking, they committed for G+1 free permission from their end. But given only Ground floor permission at the time of registration. Now managers saying, they can't give G+1 permission. Even they couldn't able to provide link documents even after one month of registration date. Pls beware, if you are purchasing plots from VRR. I am highly not recommending to anyone who feel their time and money is precious.

Very bad construction all fake information with VRR employees such waste fellow I didnt saw any ware without drainage facility current and water they selling the plots with fake information bee aware

First thing im much worried about building quality I have searched many areas for independent house but when I visited vrr constructions at bandlaguda their building quality is very much better that compared to others .

it was such a beutiful gated community and the guiding from the marketing staff was excellent they are so expressive . im impressed and finally I have booked 150 sq yards proposed house at vrr homes bandlaguda phase 1.
