I have gone in this course commonly. my experience of going in VRL is alright kinda. indeed, even once I missed my transport since it withdrew sooner than planned timing.

In addition focuses: Procurement for women seats. Transports are perfect and very much kept up. Procurement of get vans

Negative focuses: Get vans are by and large late. Unsatisfied answer from client administration supplier in VRL workplaces. For the most part, transports are late to achieve their destination. Long ending of transports for dinners particularly in evening times. Large portions of the times, semi sleeper seats don't lean back, it turns out to be exceptionally uncomfortable to sit for entire voyaging length of time. Cancelation of tickets upon the arrival of adventure without making any courses of action for choices

VRL travel is one the largest travels in India. I travelled  in VRL bus from Pune to Goa last April. Booked ticket online and got pick up point from swargate. The bus is luxurious semi sleeper with AC. They provided blanket and mobile charging point. Their curtains were neat and official. They also provide Video movies for passengers. They have WiFi and GPS system that make the journey in time and safe. The price of tickets were reasonable and I got additional discount for booking online.the pickup point was Kondwa.

I have traveled in this route many times. my experience of travelling in VRL is okay kinda. even once I missed my bus because it departed earlier than scheduled timing.

plus points:

provision for ladies seats.

buses are clean and well maintained.

provision of pick up vans

negative points:

pick up vans are generally late.

unsatisfied reply from customer service provider in VRL offices.

generally, buses are late to reach their destination.

long halting of buses for meals especially in night times.

many of the times, semi sleeper chairs do not recline, it becomes very uncomfortable to sit for whole travelling duration.

cancellation of tickets on the day of journey without making any arrangements for alternatives

recommendations:

better option for travelling.
